Second time in a row that they had no coins to make change. They short you the balance. Food is decent, service friendly. You just get Ted scammed on your change. Next time I'll take it out of the tip.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. Me and my family went into the restaurant tonight and was treated horrible. First we were told the wait was 40 mins and the restaurant was no where near full. Then the hostess comes 2 mins later to say our table was ready to then pass up all tables and take us to the back of the restaurant to a dirty table. Of course I made the decision for my family and I to not even eat there tonight.

They had very good glutin free pancakes. Most glutin free pancakes taste like cardboard, but these tasted really good. They also have the best hash browns. Our waitress was very friendly and got everything right.

Great service, food was good except for the breakfast gravy, it had been watered down so it was ick, but the sausage, eggs and hash browns were delicious.

The place was freezing. A/C was on even though it's cold and misting outside. Even the food was cold. Food was expensive as well. Bo way breakfast should cost more than a big dinner somewhere else. Not coming back!

Ten to fifteen minutes into sitting at the table i had to go ask if we had anyone to help us. I interrupted two waitresses dancing to ask where my server was. He was up against the wall looking at his phone. He was very new and mumbled. He didn't know how to put the food in and had to ask for help. The food was OK, Luke warm. It was very awkward with his mumbling. Not a great experience.

Service by Mary J was subpar. She was rude when she came by the 1 time she did come by, after delivering our food, to refill our drink and snatched it off the table and then we never saw her again, wasn't even busy. Waited for my check but never got it so I stood at the counter to check out for 5 mins before someone finally came to see what we needed, I needed my check or my waitress, who was not to be found. Never did see her again so idk where she went, tipped in cash and then found out she wrote an extra tip in on the credit card receipt. Absolutely do NOT recommend. Been calling for over 10 minutes to speak to a manager and no answer 🙃.

Service was good! Food was perfect. Both of us had breakfast sampler 55+. Hashbrowns best I've had in awhile at restaurant. Crispy out side and plenty of potatoe on inside!

Food was decent, typical IHOP nothing over the top. I hate to say anything negative but our waiter just seemed to be out of it or overwhelmed. Had to ask for things multiple times, wife said he may ne new and its possible, he was definitely doing his best, which is why I hate to mention it, but if nothing else I am fair with my ratings.

I just stood and waited 8mins at the front just to see if I could be seated or how long the wait was. No one ever came, even though they were fully staffed. I ended up leaving. I'd rather spend my money where I can get timely service.

Store 2004. Occupancy low. 15 minutes before order was taken..we almost got up an left at this point. Some technical difficulties that caused the service person to take order without writing anything down...shortage of pen and paper i suppose. Cook comes out and says its going to be longer than usual because of some issue. Food was not bad but it was not exaclty what we ordered. Before we were finished, some one radioes our service person asking if we were paying by card or cash. We got up to go pay...that took way longer than it should have. Because the register was down. I hope you get your technical difficulties worked out....it caused issue s for the staff and the customer. One chance to wow the customer and you blew it.
