I asked for a pepper. I had to go back and get it. I dont eat my chicken without a pepper. Condiments are Important. It satisfy the palette. It's not ok. Bad customer service. The people were pleasant, Next time fill the order according to my preferences. Im the one paying for the meal. That just how I like it. I dont like circling back, by that time the chicken is cold, and it just ruins the experience 😤

I've never been to a place where the employees hate the customers. I got to the window and was told the total, handed my order (Which was wrong) and as I said thank you as the window was slammed in my face.

I took some chicken back to the store at 700 East end boulevard South Marshall Texas because the food was dried out and the manager took the food bare-handed into his fingers and opened it up and told me it didn't look dried out to him and pushed it back over to me and told me he's not going to replace it or refund it I have never been so humiliated in my life. This manager needs to be fired and never allowed to serve food again anywhere he needs to be arrested

Ok, this was the best KFC I have eaten in 10-20 years. I had almost given up on KFC because it seemed that changed that original recipe. This store has brought that KFC flavor back that I remember for the 80's and 90's. Staff was friendly and awesome and just really enjoyed the experience.

I ordered a 3pc chicken with mash potatoes for my side.I ordered the original. I get home to eat my food the chicken was not original, it was hard the biscuit was hard. I called 4 times and no one answered my phone call. 😡😡

My in-laws hosted a chicken strip revue of different restaurants around Marshall, so we could decide which one was best. I didn't care for this one. The texture and flavor were both subpar. The service was fine. I liked the little mural (or whatever you would call it) on the front entrance. Also, parked next to us was a car with about two dozen air fresheners around the rear view mirror and the air vents. Make of that what you will.

Went to get dinner and when I ordered 2 Chicken pot pies I told they did not have any. I talked to the manager and he said it was because of the night shift. The night shift left this morning. I think the day shift should have had time to d bone chicken to have them ready for dinner. This is a bad place to eat. Everytime I go there they are out of what I order.

I have going to this KFC for a couple weeks now service has been great except tonite drive thru woman was rude they didn't give me the biscuits with the meal that I went n got but I ordered thru drive Thru nor did they give my receipt man inside told me I would have to go back thru the drive thru to get it and walked off even tho I was right there looking at him won't go back
