Elijah was very rude. Was on his phone when I arrived and couldnât be bothered with a âmay I help you?â All I got was a âhuhâ.
After I ordered my pizza he just went back on his phone and never told me how long the wait was.
Once I received my pizza I said âthank youâ but I guess he couldnât be bothered because he just turned around without responding.
Will never be back.

I Went In To Get Some Hot And Ready Pizza And They Didnât Have Any, But They Did Have An Order Of The Puffs Ready So I Purchased Them And Four Other Pizzas. While I Waited For Tha Pizzas To Be Made I Took The Hot And Ready Puffâs To My Car And Was Gonna Have A Snack, But When I Opened The Box One Of The Puffâs Was Half Eaten. I Took Them Back To The Counter And Showed The Cashier, She Said She Would Have Some Freshly Made But Did Not So When My Order Was Ready I Then Had Issues Trying To Get My Money Back For The Puffâs. Quality Of The Food Was Terrible And The Service was Horrible!!!!

Pizza is always shaped wrong. Itâs is never cut properly and they take forever to give you the order. They really need to hire new employees. They are always smoking in the side of the building.
It seems every time I go to the Marshall Little Caesarâs, there is a bunch of kids working⊠they are usually always wearing headphones, will make eye contact with you and proceed to walk the other way.
We routinely order online, and when we get the email saying itâs ready for pick up, Iâll get there, and after waiting for 10-15, a staff member will FINALLY come acknowledge me, Iâll show them the email, and 8/10 times, they havenât even started it yet.
Last time I picked up my order, my Detroit style looked like it was missing a corner, and my stuffed crust was barely cooked.
Very disappointed in this location. Iâve been to little Caesarâs in multiple states across the country, and this has by far got to be the worst in quality and service.
Little Caesars corporate office needs to drop in and do some looking around.

This is absolutely the worst Little Caesars location I have ever been to. I routinely drive through this town so I will order on the app so that it is ready when I am passing through. I have learned that they do not know how to manage time and started ordering my pizza to be ready 15 minutes before I show up. They will try to make it appear like they're getting pizzas out on time to the franchise owner by showing it in the oven and then ready on time. But the pizza is not ready and it is not in the pickup box. Today I showed up 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready in the app showed it to be ready My name was on the sign by the pickup box. I enter the code, there's no pizza in the box. Room full of angry customers standing around. I have to wait in line to ask for the pizza that was supposedly ready and then he asks my name and goes in the back and comes back with the most overcooked dried out horrible pizza ever. What a waste of time and money. This is the most poorly rand location I have ever seen.
