Truthfully, the only complaint I truly have is that the pizza is NEVER cut all the way. I always have to finish cutting the pizza or struggle trying to pull them apart!! Other than that, it's always good, from this location!

It took me 20 plus minutes to get a hot n ready. I sat there waiting while watching them fill up the hot n ready heater with pizzas. Finally the girl asked me what my name was, then she had to ask me what I ordered, just to get home and realize I was over charged. I got one 2 liter 1 hot n ready and 2 sauces and payed a dollar 89 tip and somehow that came out to $14.54 or something like that. Also, I watched EVERY SINGLE PERSON in there touch the dough and EVERYTHING with no gloves. I didn't see one glove in the whole business. I thought that was like a mandatory thing??

I have been to a lot of little ceasers since they opened but I have to say this was the worst experience. The pizza was soggy and the toppings was all in one spot. The person at the counter didn’t even say one word to me at all. I mean how do you work a register and not say one word. Like I said worst experience ever

Online order. Pizza half-cooked, falling apart when trying to pick up to eat. breadsticks were doughy also, called to submit a complaint, and staff was rude. Asked for the manager 3 times, and other people kept getting on the phone. So the manager never came to the phone; I was told she was busy, and the guy told me to bring the pizza back so they could remake it. Really, like I want to spend my time driving all the way back there to wait for them to redo my order. How about I will not order from you anymore? Had to put it in the oven to let it finish baking.

Order food at 7:00pm didn’t receive it until 7:40pm. Young man and young lady walked in from being in a car doing god knows what, washes their hands for 2 seconds and is touching everyone’s food. On top of that when they both was in the back they was just playing and hugging on each other. This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced and will make sure they lose all business that comes from me and everyone else. Corporate get on this store and fix it!

Order placed & verified @ 3:28pm 12/13/24 with pick up time @ 3:51-3:56pm. At 4:04pm order punched as order ready; if you don’t know this makes the restaurant appear as they are doing well a completing orders on or near time order is due ti be completed. Kids/adults working in restaurant, one particular employee kept going in an out coming back in smelling of weed.
Order not ready till 4:34pm; this is unacceptable for any business. I will also be sending this into corporate.

I watched a girl tonight working at the front and then preparing in the back. She had long blonde hair (wig). Not in a hairnet. (No one was wearing hairnets in the back). She was cutting dough with no gloves on. Touching her phone and then touching the dough. Then she rubbed her eye something fierce and then put her hand in the cheese bucket and began putting it on the dough. Thoroughly grossed out. No health and safety standards at the Marshall, TX location I guess.
