Never again. Waited in line for over a hour got cut off in the drive thru (I know not there fault) then I ordered through the app should of got a large fry with my rewards didn't receive it. Fries were cold I get being under staff but it was ridiculous.

Worst McDonald in Marshall… 30 god damn mins for a happy meal! You call corporate and they don’t answer nor call you back. They don’t give a shit. The employees just walk right past you with their heads down. You ask them for your drink and they hand you one that’s been sitting there before you ever arrived. Manager walked off when I asked for my drinks. I can’t believe the people of Marshall put up with this and haven’t let this business die off.

I took my grandsons there. I waited and waited. Then I discovered there was no one taking orders. You have to use the kiosk, which I refuse to do. We went through the drive thru instead. One of my grandsons wanted 2 McChickens and a drink. There's the 4 for $5 McChicken deal, but if you substitute a second sandwich for the chicken nuggets, it doubles the price!!! The drive thru was slow.

I've been there 3 times in the past month and only once out of the 3 were my fries fresh, hot and crispy. I always think to ask for sauce but never salt and pepper. I thought that was complimentary but have never gotten it. However, my order has always been right and service is quick.

We went shopping at that McDonald's when we came on vacation with the family and the cashier who served us was rude and the hamburgers we ordered were given only with chicken, they didn't have anything else and we watched until we were already on our way..

On November the 24th at 12 o'clock noon. The tall skinny cook with glasses was running his mouth to unsatisfied customers. 5. Minutes after the app told me my order was ready.It was not that, was my only question, and I was ridiculed by your employee. Had lettuce in my fries.
