Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes at the microphone and was never helped and the worst part is the way it’s set up we were trapped behind everyone else that was also stuck there not being served.

1st of all we couldn't get service at the front counter so we used the little kiosks. There was no numbers to grab for the table to complete our order we had to go steal one from a dirty table. Person from our group waited 15 min just to get dipping sauce even though every employee looked his direction including the manager. They finally decided to help us but only because we stepped behind the counter about to grab dipping sauce ourselves. There was a line behind us and after helping us instead of helping the others behind us they just walked off leaving everyone in line waiting. Its my autistic son's birthday and this is all he wanted but I had to bribe him with ice cream from somewhere else cause this place is a joke.

Coming here for couple years and never experienced such bad management.give a code the inexperienced teller mess up loose code and to bad for me.no too bad for you.eating here 5 times a week and treat your customers like that.and don't think I haven't seen you and a couple other employees putting food in pockets taking out to give to people in there cars family and friends not customers.shame on you

I don’t normally make my way to a fast food restaurant to review there food but this is just stupid at this point,every single time I order from here inside the store there’s always something missing,happy meals,burgers,fries always something wrong.Atmosphere all you can hear is constant screaming In the back,a whole lot of talking but not enough food.Customer service same as always,employees who look annoyed to take your orders.Look Im not the type of person to care about those stuff cuz I work in the food industry,I know how it is but when the mistake keeps going and going,than it’s just ridiculous.McDonald’s genuinely read reviews and stop sending those stupid ai responses and put effort to make changes

Too lazy to take an order they want you to use their kiosk to order. Save yourself the time and go to Whataburger next door.

I got my order today and my burger and chicken nuggets were super cold. I also was missing a fries. Tried to call back when I realized I was missing fries and everything was cold and kept going to busy. Horrible. Want a refund or a free meal.
