I went through the drive-thru and when I got to the order box she said something and I did not understand her and I asked her to please repeat she didn't so I sat there and then she leans out and yells out the window could you please pull forward I have been waiting on my food for approximately 7/8 minutes and still waiting I need to put a sign on their order box if it is broke instead of yelling out windows I understand it is frustrating put a sign on it

Very very very slow. No workers in front. 1 kiosk broken. 4 workers in back on their phone. 2 guys doing all the work inside and for drivethru. 1 guy just walking around

The bathroom was nasty, there was urine all over the handicap toilet. Went to order food, the employee looked at us, didn't say anything, looked at us crazy, and walked away. Pitiful.

Just trying to pick up a delivery order. Lady with the blue braids saw the people up front but not once acknowledged anyone. The gentlemen infront of me walked out, then she decided to come to the counter. I made a comment about waiting till people decide to leave to come to the front counter and she says it’s only one of her, yes ma’am you are right, but acknowledging your people go a long way. She says NOPE, what am I going to do about it. Mind you I had my kid with me. Do better McDonald’s employees. Shouldn’t even have a job for being so disrespectful.

Wish we could give them a 0 star rating the service is horrible food is cold or dry the employees look so miserable or could care less of their job they should definitely look into hiring better help or better management

They must of been short handed. Because they had people waiting for orders 20-30 minutes. Manager please expect a store on the highway on a busy travel night to need extra employees. I'm sure it was just a bad night. I've had those. It's hard to recover when you're in the weeds.

The food is good and all
but it took so long to even get to the order. They worked slow and when we said something, they slammed shut the window before we could finish. horrible customer service
