**Disappointing Experience at McDonald's**My recent visit to McDonald's left much to be desired. Despite being a loyal customer, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my dining experience.Firstly, the service was exceptionally slow. It took an unreasonable amount of time to place my order and receive it. The staff seemed indifferent to the long wait times, which was frustrating.Furthermore, I was dismayed by the attitudes of the workers. They appeared disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. It's disheartening to receive service with such apathy.To top it off, the food I received was cold. This not only affected the taste but also indicated a lack of attention to food quality and freshness.Overall, my experience at McDonald's was disappointing. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and implements measures to improve service efficiency, staff attitudes, and food quality.

Was a 5 star until today when I went there they only had 2 employees in the morning shift, one in kitchen and another doing everything else, not fixing 2 stars for the employees I give them credit for doing their best but 2 for the McDonald's corporation for allowing stuff like this to happen, they were having to deny customers service bc of the backload of orders!!

Equipment down for 20 min at least. No explanation from staff but drive thru appeared fine... ?
Awful. Terrible. Atrocious. Food took 20 mins and there was no other order before us other than drive thru orders. Floors are like an ice rink due to whatever they clean with (or don't?). Fountain drink machine wasn't working. No frappes (if that's your thing). Kiddo had one pack of sauce for a 20 nugg order. Went back inside to get more and it came with a side of attitude. Stay away.
