The atmosphere was nice. There was live music downstairs, but it wasn't too loud to carry on a conversation with the people at our table. Customer service was excellent. Our party had some allergy concerns, and they were addressed very quickly. They were knowledgeable about the menu, but also willing to double check when questions were asked. The food was good. The menu differs quite a bit from anything else you're likely to find in Marshall.

WOW! Good old fashion family-friendly Biergarten. Rüeggens did an awesome job in trangorming the old firehouse to 3 stories to hangout and chill! Great staff & incredible craft brews from European traditions. Food is great and staff are too. AND live music! Recht vielen Dank!!

We came in from Fort Worth to visit & will definitely be coming back! The atmosphere is amazing, great live music, delicious food & wonderful service. The beer can’t be beat. Most breweries we visit have 1 or 2 beers we go back for. Their entire line up was perfect! We started with a few flights to try them all & then struggled to pick which ones we wanted to order after because we loved all of them!

An absolute must in the Marshall area. Putting this business together was a labor of love by Texas and his family. Every detail meticulously checked and highest quality of food and drink. Doesn't fall into the trap of a lot of microbreweries by trying to be too niche or esoteric. The environment in the atmosphere is welcoming for a family or for a nice Cheers-like bar setting. The rooftop views are great and a nice selection of merchandise. The food on the menu isn't just typical bar stuff and it all fits the theme and it's very delicious and filling. And absolute treat for the city of Marshall and something more people need to know about.

My wife and I have been here a couple times since they've opened. The beer is awesome. The food is absolutely great. The atmosphere is top notch. We love going to local breweries when we travel and have frequented the ones in Shreveport. Nowhere we've been compares to this place when it comes to the atmosphere inside and on the rooftop. Everyone that works here has been great too. We live in the area and it's hard to express just how awesome it is to have a place like this in town as this area desperately needed it. The owner has done an amazing job here. We look forward to becoming regulars and supporting this place for years to come!
