This coffee does not taste like Starbucks coffee nor the flavors requested and posted on the menu. Today, I asked for a mocha. It tastes like hot chocolate. Sub par ingredients and/or using half of the ingredients is not the way to run a franchise that operates on a completely higher level of quality than you are giving the public. Please get it together, Marshall deserves better.
