I usually don't eat here from previous bad experienceBut I tried it again at the drive up after being asked may I help you I asked for a few minutes then asked the person on the window a question with no response even after saying hello several times so I drove around went in and saw the person in the window just standing there I had to ask to be helped only to find out that the person not interested in serving his customers was the manager He had a very terrible attitude as if he could care lessUntil I asked for his name and his area and district managers names, then He wanted to explain the reason for not answeringIt was to late !

Taco Bell in Marshall Texas...what can I say? Their food is ok...like any other but their service sucks .. their attitude...need to change that badly.... Oh and don't call me a liar when I come up to the window to pay for my order and you tell me that I didn't order that! The little Mexican girl working the window needs to understand English and she definitely needs an attitude adjustment! Myself or my family will not be back at that store I guarantee it

Went inside to eat today 330pm. Won't take tour order in person anymore and have to use t by e sticky kiosk. Food came out quick but the lobby is very dirty. Nit sure why but the napkin dispenser is vovered in some brown dust and the dance packets were sticky. Food and trash on floor. Dirty tables. Not busy either. Recommend drive through instead

Every Taco was broken and soggy and only half filled. The crunch wrap was filled less than a fourth of the way your expect. The only item that was near expectation were the burritos. Very unlikely we'll go to Taco Bell anymore.

About 9-11 KIDS behind the counter in the "work area" NOT WORKING!! It took me 37 min. to get a value menu burrito that they coulda kept!! Food sucks and so does tha service...
