I gave a one star simply because the food was good. The service was horrible, our waitress Eden took our order and we had to wait 40 minutes for our order to be ready. And another man brought us our order. Another waitress (I dont know her name) came over twice and asked if we needed anything. She did refill our chips. My friend was asked twice if she needed more green sauce, noone ever asked me. When Eden did finally come back around we asked for more drinks and I asked for green sauce. Needless to say I never did get more green sauce. I am very disappointed we have never had that horrible of service when eating there.

Update 12/3/25 We had my wife's birthday dinner at JT tonight. The food was delicious, as usual. What really stood out tonight was our fantastic server, Taren! She handled a group of 15 people and made it look easy. She was the best server I have ever had for a large group, and made our evening even better.

Just pull in the parking lot and as soon as you smell the smoke you'll know you've came to the right place. My favorite is the Del Rio Burrito but you should try everything because its all delicious.

I ordered lunch chicken fajitas. They were dry. Came with more than 3 tortillas which was a plus. Could have used more onions and bell peppers. They should put the setup on a cold plate so the shredded cheese doesn't melt together. Service was so so.
Beef fajita were great and a large amount. Charro beans were good also.

My experience at Jalapeño Tree tonight was fantastic. My server, Taryn, was fantastic and took care of me the whole night. She recommended delicious food (smothered fajitas), and her attitude and overall demeanor was second to none. The food was great, but her service is the reason I will be coming back later in the week. I highly recommend this place, and if you get the opportunity, I highly recommend asking for Taryn as your server. You will not be disappointed!
