Just came to get a drink from the freestyle machine inside, as soon as I walked out to grab my wallet they locked the door. So I guess they dont let people order inside.

The Marshall Texas restaurant needs to fix their drive thru speaker because some times they don't get the order correct so when I order the Biscuits with Biscuits, one with egg sausage and the other with bacon and cheese, they sometime leave it without the cheese

I Have To Honestly Say That If It Was Not For The Weekend Manager âCamâ This Place Would Be A Nightmare. This Man Carryâs That Store On His Back Doing The Work Of The Manager, Cook, Fry Guy, Drive Thru Window And The Front Counter!!!!

Apparently regularly understaffed. Ive been here 3x and the dining room was closed during business hours. Since im on foot, this means no food for me. I asked and they close it when they don't have enough staff to run it. These visits were at different times of day, so i wond3r if they even use the dining room. Sat here at the table and watched many customers drive off, frustrated

Place doesn't even have diet soda, much less anyone working there who cares at all. Wild feeling leaving a Wendy's feeling like you should have gone to McDonald's.
Also the fries were either soggy or raw. This place might be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.

It was ok they didnt give any if ny kids their toys in their kids meals so i had to hear about that the rest of the way home but other than that it was ok

Greeting in the drive thru was beyond disappointing! They also charged me for 2 jalapeños because I wanted 2 extra sauces to dip my 2 biggie bags in. When I asked the manager why am I being charged for jalapeños she told me they are supposed to charge for extra sauce and the poc was not working. I have NEVER been charged for sauce for years at Wendy's. I kindly asked for a refund and went to chic-fil-a where they asked me how many sauces I wanted and didn't try to unethical charge me. Yes I spent more there but I would rather spend more for a great experience then not get ripped off. Customer satisfaction starts with a great leader. She act as if the sauce was coming out of her check. I kept the receipt but its a bit faded but you can see I had 2 biggie bags with 2 sauces each and apparently that was worth $0.60 and now a customer.

Doesnât even open when itâs supposed to. Dining room is closed and the ladies at the drive thru have bad attitudes. What a shame.

Stopped by the drive-thru but no one came to the window. After waiting, someone eventually said the headset wasnât working and that Iâd have to wait a while before being helped. No one seemed to care or want to be working. Ended up going across the street instead.
Very unfortunate, especially when you're just looking for a quick bite.

I arrived and was very disappointed. Once I began to order, I was told that there was a shift change going on and very me to wait. The hostâs name was DaNajia. I waited a few minutes and said âhello?â and she said âI said wait a minute, weâre having a shift change.â Then I asked if there was any limited edition meals and she kept saying no, even though I could see the cajun burger on the screen. Then I ordered a baconator double and a frosty, and she told me that they already closed the frosty machine. I said âDonât yall close at 12?â and she said âno, 11â. Then I checked online and it said they close at 1. So I pull up to the window where Dulce was the cashier. I asked what time they closed and she closed the window, then asked the girl making the drinks next to her, came back to the window and said â11:30â. So two different times were said. So I mentioned how they closed the frosty machine early and she said âyes we doâ. So that sucked. Then I grabbed my food and left. I was left very dissatisfied because I spent money, and I felt like it wasnât valued that there was no service available and that I was lied to. Then I went to Dairy Queen and got ice cream there instead. It also didnât help that when I got home that there was a tiny crumble of bacon in the middle of the burger, and that was it.
