This place needs new management. No one is ever up front to assist customer. Everyone in the back just walks around looking at you waiting at the counter probably hoping you leave so they don’t have to work. Getting worse as McDonald’s. Not to mention the wait is over 30 minutes. Get better employees.

My 10yo son left a cell phone at this location accidentally as we were traveling through, and Ms. Angela Bell was amazing! She watched cameras to locate the phone and shipped it to us via UPS. So refreshing to come across individuals with such a caring spirit and so much integrity. Thank you Angela and Whataburger Marshall, Texas!

My family comes here often, at least once a week and I just have to say we LOVE it!! Not only is the food always good, but the staff is sooooo friendly!! The girl who usually brings the food out to the car is amazing!! She always has a smile and such a positive attitude!! She really brightens my day when I see her!!! They are all sweet, she's just extra special!!
