Extremely unprofessional staff in the drive-through. Upon arrival at the menu speaker I was greeted with rudeness. Once I pulled around, the female employee slammed the drive-through window twice on me while I was talking to her. I'm not sure who owns this location. However, they seriously need to clean the house with their employees. I threw away my ice cream I ordered for fear. The employee did something to it.

This place deserves zero stars. Food was cold nasty and wrong. Customer service was crap. To worry about friends then doing their job correctly. We tried to tell them but they didn’t give a crap. Never will go back!!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Yesterday we got 3 meals 2 were kids meals and my son's burger wasn't even cooked it was literally pink on the inside. I am calling the health department on this place. The lady did give me a $5 refund but still they need to be shut down!

Will not be stopping there again. The blonde manager had no personality. She was almost downright rude. The men's bathroom had no running water to wash your hands. We ordered 2 kids meals and were told we could not get senior discounts. All other DQ's we have eaten at extend that offer. Our food had obviously been precooked as the burgers were cold and the fries were cold and hard. The cook did ask if we liked your fried as I had asked for them crispy. She said oh they ARE crispy which made me wonder if they had already been cooked. They must have been leftover from lunch. She did however offer to fry some more. We accepted but by the time they were cooked we were already through with our cold hamburger. Didn't dare complain about that. The Manager didn't even go check on the lack of water in the men's room. My husband has to use the women's just to get the soap off. A I said earlier never again.

Flies surround food. Ppl waiting in line to order and no one waits on them. The meat in the burgers smell spoiled on the grill. Why do i even waste my time at dq anymore? You always know you're on the wrong side of town when you run into them.
