Pleasantly surprised by this little unpretentious spot. The steak fingers were outstanding, made from real beef cutlets. The mashed potatoes tasted like real potatoes, and the salad was fresh (I took my photo after I had eaten the tomatoes). Portions were adequate. Only outdoor seating provided, but water fans kept the area cool even with the temperature 100 degrees. We will definitely visit again.

Wonderful little spot to unwind at the end of the day. The beer is cold, the food is delicious and the people are welcoming. Owners go out of the way to make you feel right at home, whether you’re a “regular” or just passing through. FIVE STARS!

We travel to west Texas and the Panhandle to get away from the press of DFW. The town of Matador has this great gathering place called, 'Chelle's Garden'. Food was very good, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was incredible. Friendly people, live music, dancing...wonderful. now we have 2 favorites, Chelle's and Hotel Turkey!
