Work on tug boat we stop here every chance we get . The fried flounder is the best I've ever had . The cheese burgers are great too . Service is good and cooks do a great job food is fast and correct .
This is our go to place for a sea food dinner out in Matagorda. The staff is always super friendly, and the views of the marina and the intercostal are relaxing. I knocked it one star bc the food is only ok. Your salad will be ice berg; the bread is ok, but not great; instead of butter, it's margarine; etc. Several of us enjoy their fettuccine Alfredo. The fish and shrimp will be good if they're fried, but are only sometimes good if grilled. (Though it is fresh, I think)...
We stopped in after fishing. Haven't been here in years and thought it can't still be good. But- I was surprised. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. I had a Shrimp 🦐 Po-Boy which was great. We had an Appetizer of cooked oysters with a zesty dip. What a great compliment to the atmosphere and fantastic afternoon view of the marina. Some very good eating happened that day. Come and experience. Highly recommended.
