Excellent tacos!!! So I travel from El Paso, Texas to Dallas and I’m always looking for authentic Mexican food. I’ve looked all over Dallas and Ft. Worth are for good authentic Mexican food and I have found a couple of places that are ok. I’ve been making this trip 3 times a week for three years and today I happens to take my break in Cisco, Tx and when I took the exit to stop at the the trucks stop I saw the Boss Tacos Food Truck!!! Previously in Rising Star but now they moved their food truck to Cisco and finally had a chance to try it. I got the Tinga / chipotle chicken quesadilla and my bf got the brisket quesadillas w all the fixings. It was very good lots of flavor and the grilled onions and jalapeño was a plus. Will def try other things on their menu when I’m in town :) service was also excellent! It might be cash only but I’m not 100 % sure

Absolutely delicious food. Make time to stop here. You will not regret it. You can park on the road adjacent to the post office, that’s the only difficulty is the parking. The food is absolutely incredible!
