I booked Hissy Fits BBQ to cater my wedding and they did amazing! They had servers and all the food delivered and set up at my wedding venue. It was buffett style and everyone loved the food. The only thing is that the line for buffett was long due to the servers cutting the meat per person as they came to the table, I suggest having all the meat precut to make the line move faster. Other than that, I highly recommend them to cater your event or to even just eat a meal at!

Excellent bbq. Had the brisket,ribs,sausage,potato salad ,beans,and some kind of cheese cake dessert. It was all excellent. It’s a family run affair and they are all there and great people! Prices were inexpensive especially in today’s high prices at most bbq places. The owner was experimenting with cooking burnt ends and gave me some to try and they were great! This was my first trip to Hissy Fits and I will be back soon.

We stopped in for lunch this afternoon and fell in love with this place. We were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes from the front staff and only waited about ten minutes for our food. My wife enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich and I enjoyed the sliced brisket with pickled apples. This is a must try location and we will definitely be back for more. Thank you!

Great barbecue and awesome sides! Definitely recommend the baked potato salad, German coleslaw, and jalapeño sausage. Make sure to get their pickled apples also, very good and like nothing I have tasted before. The owner will always be around and talk with you also, and the hole staff are awesome!
Excellent barbecue, sides and banana pudding. Owners are delightful and definitely know their way around a pit and in the kitchen. Nice relaxed atmosphere and the food is worth the drive if you don't live in Maypearl!
