We went through the drive thru and the young lady was quick. The food was fresh and hot. Prices went up a bit from when we've eaten there last but it was ok. Everything price wise usually has been rising here lately. Oh well
The chicken was better here than at the store where I first experienced the franchise, but I can't distinguish them from Chicken Express unless their meals cost a couple of dollars more each. They don't offer any spread for their rolls, so you may want to buy an extra cup of gravy. The best aspect was that they filled my cup with tea repeatedly.
