⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve been eating at El Taquito since I was a little girl, and it’s still one of the best spots in town. It just doesn’t feel right if I don’t start my day here. Generational, family-owned with long-time loyal staff, they never miss a beat on any dish. The homemade potatoes are perfection; soft, flavorful, and cooked just right. Every plate is loaded with quality meat, rich flavor, and everything made from scratch. The homemade tortillas are incredible. Great food, generous portions, and prices that keep you coming back. El Taquito will always be a McGregor favorite.

This place has been awesome for so many years! I have have known the owner Siedro for 20+ years and the food is excellent- I highly recommend it when you’re going thru McGregor. A+++++ Food and Service 😎 -Shawn

Good for a small town restaurant. Hot sauce was a little runny, could use some texture. It was a great taste just hard to keep on a chio if its just liquid. Enchiladas where good as well. I would suggest a combo plate that has taco and Enchiladas on it. But all in all pretty good place.

Very over priced $8.00 beef fajita burrito with very little on it. Took 20 minutes and didn’t offer beef taco

was in the area and wanted a breakfast burrito. saw this place..looked up reviews. seemed like it was a good spot. worst idea ever. paid $16 for 2 breakfast burritos that were supposed to be bacon egg potato and cheese. these had bacon bits and mashed potatoes. definitely not an authoric Mexican burrito. I had to go to Rosa's and order a side of fried potatoes jus so I cld eat it

This is not a breakfast burrito.
The bacon is bacon is like the bacon for baked potatoes. As you can see the potatoes are mashed. Not a fan 😭

While on the road, I stop in g or a quick breakfast. Migas with an addition of barbacoa. The tortillas are so fluffy and fresh. Fantastic breakfast spot!

Best breakfast burrito I've had in a while!!

Not your ordinary kid Addy

I wish this place was closer to me, but maybe it's a good thing it's not.....I loved this place. Authentic, burrito tortillas as big as your face, and just good food. The portions are not typical like other Mexican restaurants, and honestly, they're just right with great prices to match!!!! I was pleasantly full, with no to go containers. I really enjoyed it. Quaint, BUSY little spot.
Carne guisada was delicious. The kid ate every taco on the plate, and the fajita plate was good as well. Definitely a must try.

Great service, food was good, but didn't fully blow me away, but I still recommending trying if you're in the area, some people really like this place.

I wanted to like this small restaurant, but couldn't. The staff (or owners, maybe?) were great, but the food was bland. The beef fajita meat was grey, the veggies hardly cooked. Their flour tortillas were excellent however. I hope they just had a bad cook that day

Sidro is always a hit in our family's book. Try your breakfast burrito with the eggs over easy.
