Disappointed today. ðŸ˜
Lupe, one of the staff members, seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on me. I ordered a Titan Turkey sandwich, but she didn't even fold the turkey properly, just threw it in the bread. When I asked her to toast it twice, she got defensive and snapped at me. The other staff member at the register even chimed in to confirm my request, so it wasn't like I was being unreasonable.
I've been coming to this shop for a while, and I've always tried to be considerate of Lupe's preferences, even when making my sandwich my way. However, it's clear that her attitude and frustration affected the quality of my meal. As someone who appreciates the hard work that goes into the food industry, I understand that customers can be challenging, but it's essential to maintain a professional demeanor, especially when serving food.
Hopefully, the management will take steps to support their staff and improve customer service. In the meantime, I'll be looking for alternative options (and my sandwich cravings) elsewhere... or timing my visits strategically 😉, so I can enjoy my usual sandwich without any issues.

Got in at 1pm on a weekday (lunchtime). There was one person in front of me in line and two online orders. One girl worked Brad and meat and an older fella worked vegetables etc. I’ve never seen someone put meat and cheese on something so slowly in my life. She also seemed to take great pride in meticulously working the online orders ahead of standing customers. Another lolder lady came in to help the veggie section while I was waiting. She would read the receipt and place a veggie, read the receipt then place a veggie. When she got to me she put everything I asked but put peppercorn ranch on it instead of mayo even as I was warning her against it. No one with a job has time to watch these folks work on their lunch break.

Employee Kristi is unprofessional can be! She made a rude comment with attitude when I ordered, I ask what she said and changed the topic.
Male employee Michael was okay.
These people definitely need customer service training. Everyone keeps complaining about it and leaving bad reviews. Mostly bc of the employees.
Definitely not coming back.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch . Was given a footlong with shredded chicken and bacon . When I called about my sandwich, I was told that thats how they make it which is not as advertised, or how I previously had in the past. I wish I could post this disgusting sandwich 2 thumbs down

Food was pretty good, but the lady doing the vegetables for our sandwiches had a really bad attitude. They unfortunately only had one type of bread left, not to mention a 6" pre-made sandwich, which was left where the bread was being stored. I would not be lying if I said I put no tip when paying. If you don't want to be there, you can find other job options, no one is judging you, just don't take it out on the customers.

The food is always good and I love eating healthy.... my only problem is if I'm the only one in the shop and there are 3 workers and it still takes about 5 minutes to say hello. That's a problem. And don't pile up veggies and the sauces. I'm not sure about everyone else but I sure don't like a soggy sandwich. Use common sense

I've been here 7 times total. The first time they gave me ham when I said turkey. The server literally asked me 5 times if I said turkey and I said yes. I thought it was an honest mistake but out of the 7 times I've been 6 orders have been wrong. And they'll ring you up for sandwiches worth more than what you order. Worst subway to date.

Absolutely terrible service. Me and my grandfather head into this subway often and we've had some issues but this is really what crossed the line for me. All 3 workers we saw on staff had a f-you attitude to us. (1m 2f)My grandfather asked the lady working if he could have some softer bread because last time we were here it was stale and crunchy and the lady behind the counter very rudely said "our bread is never hard" he mentioned it was and that it wasnt a huge deal to just make sure to give him some softer bread. She pipes up "while I've been here we've never had hard bread" he once again said it was but was trying to move past it and she proceeded to say "well some people will just find anything to complain about." mam, he is a well over 70 year old veteran and has dental issues and just wanted some softer bread for his teeth. Got home 2 out of the 3 sandwiches we ordered absolutely drowned in sauce and mine which was the only toasted one was cold and my husbands bread was hard. Luckily the old man's was fine though.
