Everytime I try to get food here, it takes over 10 minutes, they tell me they have no service and don't even come to the window to refund my online order or apologize. Or my order is wrong. Seems they can never keep their staff the same for more than a few months. I wouldn't be as upset if the employees were more professional and productive. I usually don't go to this location because every time they mess up my order. But being near it and not having time to drive to the one off of 380 I went and once again they messed it up. I order a number 2 which is a buttery jack with cheese. It never has cheese and the fries are always cold. I have reported them to corporate numerous times and nothing. I love jack in the box and wish this location could get their stuff in order

I go to this jack in the box in the morning and everything is fine . Iâve attempted to go a few times at night and 4 out 5 times they are âânot taking ordersâ. Not sure why itâs advertised as 24 hours . I went today in the afternoon and the guy at the drive thru thought it was funny to pretend to give me my card back at the drive thru and every time I reached he took it back . It was funny the first time . The third time wasnât so funny .
