Staff smoke right outside the building, in plain view of the drive thru, then go back inside and certainly do not wash their hands.

I literally just got two breakfast burritos and the bacon was not cooked at all and now I’m sick as hell absolutely never going back there again whoever is working in the kitchen needs to cook the bacon longer than what they cooked for

Second the worst Sonic ever. walked out after standing there for 5 minutes while the young man up front looked directly at us while messing with dishes and I even asked if they were still open (8:51pm Tuesday) he said “yes” guy in back saw us, didn’t say anything. We just had a milkshake craving after being at the hospital for a bit. Ended up just walking out. We were the only ones there. Won’t be back.

This has got to be the worst Sonic in the world. The food is never hot. I ordered the jr burger for my grandson what a joke. Please, please, please don't ever get the chicken tenders taste like pure grease. They should shut this place down. Customer Service sucks. Management/Owner pay attention to your establishment. JUST DO BETTER!!!

My husband's favorite place to eat, we stopped in for lunch and to celebrate him recovering from life threatening health issues over the last 8 mths. When I asked him what he wanted to do, he said eat a Sonic #3 🍔 with everything on it⭐.

I am 100% convinced the staff is trained to rip you off. Out of 15+ visits, my order has only been correct 5 times at most. Order a triple, get a double. Ask for easy ice, get a bucket of ice. Large combo, oh no no no, you get small tots. At this rate the only answer is that it is actually taught. I figured after McD's opened they would need to step up their game so I gave them 1 last chance but never again.
