I ordered my pizza for pick up. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes I picked up my order about 30 minutes later and the pizza was completely dried and hard and stale like it had been sitting for hours in the oven. Ps when I came to pick up the pizza I waited a additional 10-15 to even be greeted by anyone at the register

First time ordering from this location. I looked at the pizza and its basically burnt. I tell the guy and he says not burnt - "well done". I did not ask for well done. He said next time specify you dont want well done. What the heck. I just wanted a regularly cooked pizza. I bought this for
my elderly mom and if she goes to reheat this it is going to get even more burnt. I did not have time to argue. But beware ordering from here. Picture posted below.

They made my pizza so dry and I’ve ordered thru them for years okay people…. YEARS and when I make a remark, the dude with glasses and beard says old me he could remake them or refund. I asked about the refund and he said they do it thru HR, but he couldn’t give me confirmation after they took my money. I told them to remake it because the dude with glasses with the first letter name C, said it’ll be days u til the refund and there is no confirmation. After I agreed he told me 15 minutes, he came out with one pizza after I freaking opened them all and tried to argue me down about what I said after I told him the girl after me her pepperoni pizza as juicy not dry. And he kept saying one.

Please please please don’t let men do women job or at least get men with customer service skills. This dude laughed at my face because I told him all 3 and he said I said one . SIR HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME WHAT I WAS FRUSTRATED FOR. I been at this location for more than 10 years. Unhappy with this place not going back. I don’t know if I’ll get refund, but they need to hire people with common sense. The ppl they have atm they need man jobs and be away from the public.

Left the food because I will not give money to someone who does not appreciate the business they get from people working their jobs knowing we don’t have to and won’t.

Do not go here! They are shady and FRAUDS! The short stocky heavy set Hispanic women added her own tip to my credit card without my authorization. I checked my bank statement and saw the amount difference from the original receipt. Something told me to keep the receipt, the whole transaction was so strange. she wouldn’t look me in the eye and kept looking behind me. There was no initial greeting or anything, horrible customer service. I tried to call corporate to make a complaint but it’s a call center and you can’t get ahold of anyone at the store. I cannot believe that this lady was actually STEALING!! That lady needs to get fired and held accountable!

We have been almost their regular customers. If I could give 0 to all of the categories I would!!! They have such a horrible, horrible customer service!!!! The heavyset short lady at the front desk I am not sure if she is new but she did not greet like no "Hi or Hello." Instead she was so disrespectful and rude to my mom when she went to get take-out order on July 28, 2024. The lady was taking too long to bring our order and when she did she was not giving the receipt for the pizza, so when my mom asked her for the receipt she handed the receipt to my mom so rudely. That lady has horrible personality and she is very rude!!! I was mad of how she behaved and I wish I could complain to the manager that how disrespectful and rude their employees are to their customers!! On top of that the pizza that we ordered on that day, they did not follow instructions correctly. So we were very disappointed and dissatisfied by their service and the food!!

No customer service, didn’t acknowledge I walked in to pick up my order and when I said, “excuse me, can I get help,” the heavyset short woman came to the counter speaking Spanish and throwing her hands up in the air, no hello, I’m sorry, etc. I stopped going here months ago(got hungry while shopping) now I will-NEVER return. I do not give my money to anyone who doesn’t acknowledge my presence or respect my COINS!!?

If I could give 0 I would! First time trying out this location, purchased the “My Hut Box”, some of my buffalo wings were literally uncooked and drowned in buffalo sauce! I tore the chicken into pieces to see if my other wings were raw, food went straight in the trash! Smh I spoke with someone not sure if she was the manager but she was nice enough to offer me a new batch of wings but I declined due to not even wanting to go back to the place! BE CAREFUL where and what you choose to eat!

How can I put this very disappointed it’s like what seems to be the rush and also it’s like they’re not doing the job right This is why Some pixel Hut locations if they are doing delivery they’re not getting any tips if they pick up I’m not sure if Pizza Hut corporation is overcharging, but I could probably be mistaken about that. I have no idea. Store shortest. I hope that some of the Pizza Hut locations would do their job right instead of doing it in a rush. It’s understandable that some places are faster than others or. Just doing it for no damn reason.
