This location is usually great and has good quality food. This location has accessible friendly parking and is accessible friendly in the entrance and the rest of the facility. Walkways can be a little narrow when it's busy. This location is not easily seen from the road but is easily accessible via multiple entrances. There are plenty of parking and overlap parking nearby in addition to accessible parking. The bathrooms tend to be clean but not always perfect. Clearliness the store overall is good especially behind the counter however tables out front tend to be left dirty for a while. Food quality is great and has yet to falter at this location. The taste is amazing as usual. The staff is great and usually smiling and friendly. More so at this location than any other I've been to so far. I think this is a great and reliable place to make a stop for food.

Based on finding out that drama affects my Jersey Mikes experience, I will not be continuing to go to this establishment at this location. To my knowledge of finding out why I was treated poorly was due to a few staff members that used to work with prior staff that are no longer our friends . It’s sad to see that service doesn’t go above and beyond no matter the circumstances especially to someone you do not know personally . This was a distasteful experience and one I was not looking forward to. I can surely say that this is not Mikes Way .
The owner of this store has gone above and beyond to support the Lone Star High School band during an ever changing competition season. Cannot say enough good things about their customer service ??
