I loved Palio’s. I always order the same thing. The Hawaiian Sunrise pizza. Went in to place an order, got my pizza home and there’s hardly any toppings. It was more like a cheese pizza. For $18 you’d think you’d get more for your money. Not sure if there’s new management or owners, but I won’t be going back to this location. Very disappointed.

Palio's Pizza in Melissa has really gone downhill. The moment you walk in, there's an awful, stinky smell that hits you right away. It's incredibly off-putting and makes you want to turn around and leave.
It seems like the management has changed recently, and unfortunately, it's not for the better. We showed up an hour before closing time, but they told us they were already closed. It’s really frustrating to make the trip only to be turned away prematurely.
On top of that, they didn't have any cheese bread, which was a huge disappointment since it's one of their staples. The customer service was pathetic—completely unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be going back.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta. It was horrible. I’ve never had bad Alfredo pasta before. I tasted the pasta and it tasted spoiled. This was a to go order. The price isnt worth the size of they gave me. The pasta came with cheesy bread which was good. The chicken in the pasta was good but the cheese was horrible. The picture I’m including is from me mixing the pasta and taking one bite.

This particular location could be better. Food is usually good, I've never dined in, I assume it's also good. Delivery was okay about a year ago, it's gotten progressively worse over time. Even doing DD, UE, or GH will give you bad results.

The lunch special is a great deal. Greek salad was really good, and the pizza was delicious.
We were really excited to visit this place since reviews were promising. It was very quiet (no music) and empty, but I really liked the interior design. The unsweetened tea was rotten, which we accepted until one of the employees came up and began to argue that the tea was fresh, even though we did not try to complain or blame anyone. In the end, fresh tea was brought, but a residue from such an attitude remained. the food was great, please turn up the music, wipe down the tables and the place will be 10/10.

Ordered the Greek salad & cheesy bread for carryout. Both items were very good, but only 1 employee was there & was simultaneously handling 2 sets of guests: parties of 4 & 5 respectively as well as managing carryout/pick-up orders & answering the phone. The young lady deserves a raise & some help. Some tables in the dining area &at the counter needed to be wiped down, but 1 employee can only do so much.
Vegetarian options: Salads as well as Pizzas.
Parking: Free lot shared w/other businesses, but I was able to park not too far from the entrance.
Kid-friendliness: I always see families with kids eating there.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible.

We have been coming to Palio’s in Melissa since moving here last year. We love being able to bring our wine and always order the same thing - nutty chicken (one cauliflower and one regular) and dinner salads. Our favorite part of the visit is chatting with Amory. From the start, she gave us recommendations for other services in the area, and she always knows our order as soon as she sees us come in. We frequent this restaurant for the food, but also in large part due to the service we get from Amory. Keep up the good work!
