This location makes the best pizza we’ve tried the one in Anna and we’ve tried the one in McKinney and nothing compares to this location the one on Highway five in Melissa.

Worst pizza hut!! Service would be a negative!! Twice I've had to wait over an hour and a half to get my pizza!! Get it together! And let a customer know if you can't deliver...we might as well pick it up!

Will someone at corporate help this location? They clearly have high volume of business but are either severely understaffed and/or mismanaged. They are consistently twice as long as the one in Anna. Again people at this location are doing the best they seem they can. Mixed feelings about service. Lady manager is nice but seems to be overwhelmed all the time. Teenagers working there don't have the work ethic needed for today. Food is tasty but seems like each year there are less and less toppings.

I get it that it’s Halloween but please be prepared. 1 1/2 hours to wait on a pickup pizza ordered at 4:45 is ridiculous.

Made a last minute decision while driving by to get the same thing I got weeks before. I went in to order and Logan (worker) sighed and said “people we have a website”. Literally all he had to do was take my number and reorder my previous order. Very rude and unprofessional but the food was good. This will be my last time coming here.

went in today and there was just one guy taking orders, and preparing the food. I believe his name was julio. he was so sweet and kept apologizing for the food taking long (which i understand i mean it was just him) the owner definitely needs to get more people in the location so it doesn’t pile up on just one person. I’d definitely get overwhelmed. but i give it five stars ONLY bc the food was great and the guy was super nice! :)

This Pizza Hut is a shining example of great customer service and delicious food. The pizza is consistently flavorful and cooked to perfection. Every time I've picked up my order, the staff has been friendly and efficient, making the process a breeze.

I had to wait an extra 20+ minutes at pickup after getting there right on time. This has happened last two times; it never used to be this way. Online promise time is WRONG (hey fix it, bosses). Next time I CALL before driving. At least the one guy seemed to care, and food was good so 3 stars.

I am leaving a five star rating on food as that is not the problem here. The service is super poor, weekend nights are a nightmare. No one owns the front booth, there is a little 4x4 area where you are queued up and have to wait an hour for a pizza - that even if you order online. The pizza chefs are so slow at what they do, I wish we had a Dominos nearby to add some competiotion.
Melissa is growing and this place def needs to get a bigger location and hire better staff. I love Pizza Hut but tired of the poor service and delays at this location. The owners need to pay attention before the franchise starts to struggle. Hope you are listening and learning. Thank you.

We were in town visiting family and made a carryout order, the new store manager was there taking care of customers and making quality checks on all orders before they left the store. She was very polite and wanted to make sure every order met and exceeded all customers expectations.
The manager has zero control over the laughing, complaining and poor acting employees in the back. Pizzas piled up in the oven. No one running the front. When someone finally tried running the front they were doing their best, but no one is talking from the back telling them who the orders belong to. This place is a mess, I have gone to them before and they seemed fine but at this point be careful going there because you may not be able to get your order. On this trip after a 45 minute wait in the lobby and still not being able to identify my order or any other person in the lobby’s order I asked for a refund and went elsewhere.
