This Pizza Hut is 0 for 2 with me. Ordered ahead both times with the expectation that I would be in and out. First time they were slammed and couldn't keep up with demand. Can't hate them for that. This time however, the order never reached their computer from the app. The employees made the pizza on the spot... but not waiting for the pizza to be made is the whole point of the app in my opinion. Pizza Hut fail, but the store employees were great.

Use your gas money to bypass the anna location(FN) alert and see Reba and her team in and at the This Melissa, TX location. It is probably about 30 cents of gas money, but you will be invited to people that we will meet you in the middle and be fair, go the extra mile but stay in compliance, also meet your needs and you can tell that as people they see you the same as they are so you won't feel cheated spending your money versus going to the sesspool in Anna!
Reba and her team never seem to amaze me! She always goes above and beyond and needs more love COME SEE HER AND BE KIND!

They gave my delivery order to someone else there for a completely different order so they just got a free pizza while I waited for over fifteen minutes with no update or anything. Pizzas are done but sitting they're not even being boxed. Pure out right lazy and incompetent people that can't even throw pizza in a box let alone hand them out right. I wouldn't be giving them minimum wage.

I ordered my pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese, what I received was a pizza with barely visible sauce and very little cheese. I called this location and they agreed to remake it and re delivered it, it’s been over and hour. I called the store again and they said another 20 mins so far I have not received my Pizza. I will not give this location another try. Pizza is always very scimpy on ingredients .

The staff was always horrible and would routinely yell at people or just flat out ignore them (this was always hard to watch while waiting for your own food), but I put up with it because their pizza was good. Laity that hasn’t been the case. It just keeps getting worse and worse to the point that today I got pizza where the doe wasn’t even cooked. This can make someone very sick. I don’t like to give out bad reviews, but please don’t get food from this location. You could get sick.

I tried really hard to give a chance to this Pizza Hut Store. Has been several times they do not deliver my order (one time after 2 hr I have to go to pick it up), I quit buying from them for over a year. Two days ago I order again and the order was incomplete. I told the driver, I called the store and they said I did not order the item which I got charged for. I contacted Corp and they were super nice, apologized and refund me the whole amount (which I truly wasn't expecting it). So I'm super happy with Pizza Hut Corp. but THIS particular STORE has very poor service. I will never order from this store again.

Ordered at 6:40 pm for delivery. Delivery was supposed to be done by 7:20pm. At 7:40 pm I called and they said they didn’t know where my pizza was. I drove to the store to have our pizza remade and had to wait an hour for it to come out of the oven.
You need to stop taking DoorDash and provide an actual service to the community. Hire and train better people. You need a manager to help navigate things and fix the broken heater.

I ordered a pizza on Monday for delivery to my new home. I lived in an apartment for 13 years , so it was awkward having a pizza delivered because I would have to meet them downstairs since to get access to my apartment a fob was required. I wanted the old school experience of having it hand delivered to my door.
Anyways, service was fast, friendly, and accurate. The woman who answered the phone to confirm my order and the door dash guy were all very pleasant to work with. Thanks so much!

This location makes the best pizza we’ve tried the one in Anna and we’ve tried the one in McKinney and nothing compares to this location the one on Highway five in Melissa.
