The person taking our order was absolutely rude and sounded like she absolutely hated her life! She couldn’t get off the microphone fast enough. If you don’t like your job then find something else, don’t take it out on other people. The Lady that brought our drinks to us was very nice.

Sonic is fast food delivered to the car. My kids like the slushes. I have cut back on soda and sugar and the menu doesn't offer much in the way of any healthy options so we rarely purchase food at Sonic.

All in all, it is a place for my kids to have sugar filled drinks and ice cream treats.

literally always get my order wrong and i order sweet tea they give me sugar water. i then ask for a new one bc that one was horrible, they come back with another sugar water. MAKE NEW SWEET TEA!!

Visited this location at 1045 on a Saturday night. Told we had to wait for them to cook fresh tenders, which was not a problem. The fries in my son kids meal were old and seemed to be recooked in oil. My daughter tater tots in her kids meal were gummy, which let's me know they were old as well. Will drive further to Sonic in Anna next time.

I pulled up and a girl was outside the drive thru rubbing her bare feet I ordered a large jalapeño popper waited 25 minutes and they forgot my ranch I could hear the employees being loud the whole playing around whoever manages that store needs to be fired

Oreo cheesecake shake came out terrible tasting, as if they put a slushee mix at the bottom of it.

The order also came out wrong, very unsatisfied. I will happily change my review if things are made right.

The service was poor. I went thru the drive thru to order 2 drinks. It took over 10 min to get my drinks and my change when I got to the window. They were not busy during that time. They were behind the window playing and cursing. The sprite only had carbonation, no flavor. Very unhappy with the service from this location.

Literally ordered 3 waters. 15 min later and they still did not bring them. Asked for an update and they said it’s coming. It never came and we left. For 3 cups of WATER! 😅

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Sonic. I ordered two Sonic Blasts and was the only customer there at the time, yet I waited 22 minutes for my order. There was absolutely no excuse for such a long wait given how empty the place was.

To make things worse, when my order was finally brought out, the employee was rude and unprofessional. No greeting, no apology for the wait—just attitude. This kind of service is unacceptable. I expect better from a place that promotes fast and friendly service. And to top it off the blasts were only 3/4 of the way filled. Sonic, do better.

I went to sonic to get some grilled cheese and cheese tots & i asked for groovy sauce with my order. Ofc they didnt include the sauce in the order and so i pressed the call button & asked for groovy sauce and it took them a minute to answer and another 10 minutes to say theyd get it to me AFTER i called again. My order was $10 and I tipped 20% whilst ordering so I am not the issue here. The bottom line is: sonic, do better. If you want people to spend their money then you need to at least provide the bare minimum of giving what the customer orders.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience at this location. I was promptly asked for my order, but then sat at the window for 23 minutes without ever being greeted or given any food. There were no long lines or signs of a rush—this was not due to being busy.

The real issue seems to be a lack of leadership and accountability. It felt like a group of unsupervised young employees who showed no sense of urgency, responsibility, or customer service. Not even a simple greeting or acknowledgment while I waited at the window.

I’m sharing this not to be harsh, but in the hope that the owner sees how this kind of mismanagement is directly costing business. A simple “Hi, we’ll be right with you” could’ve made a huge difference.
