Food was great. They were swamped so my order took much longer than usual which they apologized for, so all good.
Parking: They have a large number of drive in spots. Their location on a corner with a light makes it easy to get 8n and out no matter which direction you ate travellings on 121

I don’t usually leave bad reviews because I always give the place a fair chance to make up for their mistakes but this place needs to be completely re staffed. Not a single person up there knows what they are doing at all.
Initially made a 8:00 pm trip to the location to get dinner for me and a couple others. Not a giant order but enough that I expected a small delay. It took over 20 minutes to get the food with no word until near the 20 minute mark the manager who is clearly flustered with only 3 cars there when I arrived. She tells me she saw my chicken and wouldn’t serve it to her dog so she had it remade. I let her know it was no problem and I was in no hurry, just glad to have the food made well.
I drive off assuming since I waited that entire time, all the food would be fresh.
Get home open it up and find the sandwich that I ordered plain, add bacon and cheese, of coarse is made incorrectly and poorly with absolutely not fresh chicken. The cheese sticks has all melted together and were burnt and every other thing had clearly been sitting under a warmer or was more than an hour old.
Didn’t want to bother the manager since she clearly was not having a good night.
I brought my receipt and photos up to the same store today and asked only that the sandwich and cheese sticks be comped but I would like to re order the whole thing and pay for it.
A car hop, who has no business speaking with any customers let alone one who has been inconvenienced, answers the door with another one immediately looking defensive and on guard even though all I did was open the door.
Immediately I try to explain I’m not here to complain I just want the order done right and I’m even willing to pay for everything else regardless of the fact that it was all difficult to eat. After 30 minutes of killing time and working on the phone, the same low energy car hop with no customer service skills asks if I had something about a burger on my order.
They hadn’t even started addressing my order. They hadn’t even listened to what I said.
I told her I have other stuff to do and wasn’t expecting this to be a 2 hour ordeal but to keep my receipt because I need this to be fixed one way or another.
Not once did the manager come to try and speak to me.
That was your chance to fix your mistake sonic. It’s understandable when business make mistakes and I never expect anyone to be perfect but you’ve now wasted more than 2 hours of my time and $50.00 of my money with every opportunity to make up for it.
I would be completely surprised if everyone at this store was even trained before they got the job here.

The manager at this Location doesn't know what's on the $1.99 menu and that it's currently still available. So I just left without getting my order: Small tator Tots, Small Classic Shake, and 1/4 lb hamburger.
Taking too long to receive food the car infront didn’t even receive their food and there is a lot of cars outside waiting as well if you don’t have the proper staff then you can’t stay stable for long 🙄

The woman had trouble with her headset. So she got up and came outside to get our order. Which I think commendable. Very friendly. You should consisender getting her better equipment.

Ordered something on their website for pickup. After checked in, we waited 15mins at least and girls was like I have no idea where you checked in, they have to remake the order, so more waiting. During This process, 4 cars behind us left.

I just enjoyed my burger to the fullest. I'm a happy girl. Let me explain: I am gluten free by choice, not celiac. I love gluten but it doesn't love me.. I have the hardest time getting a cheese burger with no bun the way I like it.. I simply ask that the burger patties are my bun.. I still love the works on it stuffed in the middle.. Its confusing to ask for at a drive up window.. what I can say is the team at Sonic hit it out of the park.. My burger was all that I had hoped it would be.. AMAZING and DELICIOUS!! Thanks Team, I really appreciate Y'all

The day time crew has the rudest girl working n the drive through. I pulled in at exactly 2:30 pm today and asked for a minute for the kid to decide which drink he wanted. I was promptly asked to pull into a stall to order instead. Why? There was nobody behind me, and nobody even in any of the stalls. This girl is whack, the night shift crew is cool though. 0/10 though I’ll just start driving to the one in Anna
As of lately, the young black lady in the drive thru window is rude and disrespectful to me and my family. In addition, I am questioning her morals and ethics amplitude due to the facts that she never gives back change or receipts after an order in a timely or professional manner. In addition, her behavior is escalating. This is the second time that her behavior falls far below my expectations or the service that I am used to from Sonic.

we ordered four drinks. They took a really long time. once they arrive, he got them all mixed up. He didn’t even add the toppings we wanted. this was not the first time it happened. This happened two other times. I recommend not going to sonic at THIS location.
