Not adjusting the overall stars, but curious why the screens in the stalls cannot be fixed. Stalls 13 & 11 have been out for several days. 12 has been out months. Service is always outstanding and this is my favorite Sonic, which is the most important factor. Just seems like tech issues are being ignored and not addressed.

I have deleted my past bad review because their service has really changed in four years. I use their app every morning before work. I make my order in my driveway, I just live down the street, and then say I’m sitting outside for pickup when I’m there. I have never had to wait very long and my order is always right. I do have to say that I do feel bad for the staffers who have to fun the food out to the cars in -4 degrees weather because I was told that they can’t wear...

Food was great. They were swamped so my order took much longer than usual which they apologized for, so all good.
