STEVEN AT THIS LOCATION IS PHENOMENAL. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Steven at the drive-thru at Starbucks! Every time I pull up to place my order, he brings an amazing energy that instantly brightens my day. He makes ordering coffee feel like a fun experience rather than just another stop on my morning routine.

Steven greets me with a big smile and a cheerful attitude, making it clear that he genuinely enjoys what he does. His enthusiasm is infectious, and he often shares great recommendations that help me try new drinks. It’s so refreshing to see someone who truly cares about making each customer’s experience special!

His efficiency and friendly banter make the drive-thru line feel quick and enjoyable. Thanks to Steven, I always leave feeling uplifted and excited about my coffee. Keep up the fantastic work, Steven! You’re a true gem in the drive-thru! ☕✨

This location is terrible. The customer service is horrendous. The line for drive through was long so I decided to go inside which ended up being a big mistake. The girl taking my order was nice then I went to wait and ended up waiting 15 minutes for a cold brew. There were 3 people who ordered after me that came and left. I finally was asked what I was waiting for and was told the cold bar was backed up and they just got to my ticket. When I asked for a manager I was told the women I was dealing with was the manager and I explained the situation she just said they were busy and backed up with mobile orders. I said it’s not right that it took 15 minutes she offered no resolution and condescendingly wished me a a “great day”.

Just done with this location. People are SLOW… Plan on spending 45 min (average over the last 4 stops here) To get a drink here. OOH and the messed up “Point system” NOBODY UNDERSTANDS HOW IT WORKS STARBUCKS! So GET RID OF IT! There is Nothing like watching the clown in-front of you wasting 20 minutes of your day trying to save TWENTY CENTS on a cup of coffee! Sometimes you get lucky and get 2 or 3 people trying to save TWENTY CENTS on their drink; meanwhile-I’ve just lost one hour of my day. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER STARBUCKS!

So disappointed with the service at this location today. I made a mobile order which wasn’t ready until 10 minutes after the estimated time and that was because I finally asked about it. Then it was completely wrong. How hard is an English breakfast tea latte with some honey? Apparently so difficult it came out (very late) as a mixed earl grey and English breakfast tea, no latte. Fairly sure there’s no honey. Waste of money and time here today.

Although this Starbucks is less than a mile from my house I’m not too sure I will make a point of stopping here anymore. Service isn’t consistent. One time recently they didn’t fill my drink to the brim like I like it and like how all other Starbucks fill it. Tuesday was my birthday so I asked to use my birthday reward and the barista didn’t wish me a happy birthday when other Starbucks I go to normally do. Plus I had to tell her twice I’m using my birthday reward.

I was at your store recently, passing through to Oklahoma, and stopped for my morning coffee, Aug. 14th. The guy working the drive through that morning was quite the character! He was so super friendly and had a play of words! It was so refreshing to have someone that actually wanted to interact and let me have a great morning! 99% of customer service at food/drink establishments today are not friendly and have a don’t care attitude. THIS GUY WAS SO REFRESHING! He’s a keeper! I would love to thank him for giving me a great start to my day! I never write reviews, but this warranted recognition!! Great job!!
