Although this Starbucks is less than a mile from my house I’m not too sure I will make a point of stopping here anymore. Service isn’t consistent. One time recently they didn’t fill my drink to the brim like I like it and like how all other Starbucks fill it. Tuesday was my birthday so I asked to use my birthday reward and the barista didn’t wish me a happy birthday when other Starbucks I go to normally do. Plus I had to tell her twice I’m using my birthday reward.
I was at your store recently, passing through to Oklahoma, and stopped for my morning coffee, Aug. 14th. The guy working the drive through that morning was quite the character! He was so super friendly and had a play of words! It was so refreshing to have someone that actually wanted to interact and let me have a great morning! 99% of customer service at food/drink establishments today are not friendly and have a don’t care attitude.
