Horrible place. I ordered on the app and had to order in the place because they wouldn't take my order. After waiting half an hour, it was just a bowl, and they only gave me half or less of what the order actually have. It was almost empty. Terrible service. Please, don't anyone go there. The food at any gas station is better. That place sucks

The girl that made our food is a caring sandwich artist. She meticulously places every item evenly. I even watched her in the background, make a to go order and looked like the elite chicken & bacon ranch, and it looked almost identical to the picture. She didn’t even know anyone’s watching her and still made sure the Togo order was going to be perfect for her customer! Love it!!

I ordered two footlongs in the app at 8pm, received the order email confirmation, paid for my meals, but the store refused to honor the fact that I had a confirmation email, already paid, LEFT A TIP, all because their system had an issue and they claim to not have receicved the order and the guy said, and I quote, “not my problem”. Then claimed to call a manager, then proceeded to tell me “I would if I could but they said no”, right after telling me no. Never order ahead here. Never prepay a tip. Customer service is dead and the employees lie to your face smiling about it.

This is the worst service I’ve ever received at a subway in my life. I ordered online came into the store and there was only one person ahead of me. My order wasn’t started, they did two full orders that walked in after me before even starting on mine, and then when the young lady started making the order she told me she was out of ranch and her coworker told me that it was more in the back. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub. While waiting for them to fix my sandwich they made two more orders And one of the young men was getting ready to start making another order while my sandwiches sat there getting cold. All they needed to do was wrap my sandwiches so I could leave and I had to politely ask them to please wrap my sandwiches because I have been waiting. The store was dirty it’s never like that.

I recently visited this Subway location and, while the food itself was excellent, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all. I politely asked the employee twice if she was ready to take my order, but she didn’t respond or even acknowledge me. Eventually, the manager stepped in—but rather than improving the situation, she made it worse. She rolled her eyes, was visibly rude, and began speaking negatively about me to the other staff right in front of me. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the team completely overshadowed what could have been a great experience. I hope this location takes steps to seriously improve its customer service.

I ordered two subs through the Subway app for pickup, hoping for a convenient and reliable experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be anything but. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly—wrong ingredients, wrong bread, and even toasted when I explicitly did not request to sub toasted. To make matters worse, I found a hair in the food, which was absolutely unacceptable.

I reached out to Subway to address these issues, but the franchisee's response to my complaint was dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of attention to detail, poor food preparation, and subpar customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied. I expected better from Subway, but this experience has made me reconsider ever coming back to this specific location.

Paid $2 for bacon. Didnt get any. Paid $2 for avocado. Didn’t get any. Paid a $2 tip online. Only to be disappointed and to be given attitude when I went to pick up my sandwich. Most likely will be disputing the charge.

I rarely review on google but this Subway has extremely poor management whether it’s the owner or store manager or both. I ordered delivery through the Subway app and I never got my order. When I called, the lady working/ who answered the phone was trying to be helpful but after she spoke with her manager, “Ms. Aqua”, was when it was handled very poorly. She tried to blame it on DoorDash who they use for their delivery as a third party service; I didn’t order through DoorDash or that would be different. At my work we do the same thing and it’s completely all handled in our system, on our end. When I contacted DoorDash they confirmed the order was never sent through from Subway. After multiple calls back and forth she did nothing and they took $35 from me. I never received a refund or my food. I ended up going there later that day and it was very clear they were understaffed and poorly managed. Out of the 8 types of bread they have on the menu, they had one. The line was backed up to the door with multiple pick up orders waiting on their food as well.
