3pm in the afternoon, I walked in and they refused to take my order since I didn’t prefer it online. This is ridiculous customer service.

Just be aware that curbside is not an option even tho it’s available on line and a sign in the parking lot, And if you try to ask why it’s not available you get a head shake no even a verbal response. Pretty sure he was the manager, kids making the sandwiches were very polite and were helpful.

Best subway in the surrounding areas in my opinion. Came in tonight and had great service all around. Will definitely be Coming back.

The problem here is the person making the sandwiches. I came at 8pm when the store was empty and the lady took 10 minutes to make one single sandwich. Sloppy preparation, ingredients not well placed inside of the bread. Management needs to make adjustments and train their staff properly

Me and my family of 3 walked in and our experience was terrible. We asked this lady for 2 toasted footlongs with turkey and provolone cheese. She took maybe 15 minutes when there was nobody else in the store. she stood there for a good 5 minutes not doing anything and waiting for the other lady who spoke english, but was not helpful. i got so tired i had to sit down in the resturaunt while my mom was standing there waiting for her to use her simple knowledge (which she didn't have). She also would not make eye contact with us and started doing other projects like taking out bread of the oven, putting gloves on and off, and trying for 3 minutes to separate this cheese. If you come here, be prepared to wait for 15 minutes and be treated terrible! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Manager needs to get rid of the lady with the big hair!! First of all she's slow as hell, extremely sloppy with the food and can't understand or read the orders. I ordered online and it still took 20 minutes to get my order!
I have been ordered the same sandwich for the past 10 years and have never had it made so sloppy. New workers need sandwich making lessons. Protein on one side and topping on the other. Felt like I was eating two different sandwiches the whole time. Also have had multiple issues with language barrier.

I got a Philly cheesesteak with a bunch of stuff on it such as extra onions, cheese, and peppers. The only things that came on it was the steak, mayo, and bread. I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS RIGHT NOW. Terrible service. The employs suck. They didn’t even get the bread right. Fix your employees.

Horrible place. I ordered on the app and had to order in the place because they wouldn't take my order. After waiting half an hour, it was just a bowl, and they only gave me half or less of what the order actually have. It was almost empty. Terrible service. Please, don't anyone go there. The food at any gas station is better. That place sucks
The girl that made our food is a caring sandwich artist. She meticulously places every item evenly. I even watched her in the background, make a to go order and looked like the elite chicken & bacon ranch, and it looked almost identical to the picture. She didn’t even know anyone’s watching her and still made sure the Togo order was going to be perfect for her customer! Love it!!

I ordered two footlongs in the app at 8pm, received the order email confirmation, paid for my meals, but the store refused to honor the fact that I had a confirmation email, already paid, LEFT A TIP, all because their system had an issue and they claim to not have receicved the order and the guy said, and I quote, “not my problem”. Then claimed to call a manager, then proceeded to tell me “I would if I could but they said no”, right after telling me no. Never order ahead here. Never prepay a tip. Customer service is dead and the employees lie to your face smiling about it.
