Good employees are difficult to come across in this day and age- the people that work here are all very attentive, helpful, and friendly. One time one of the owners of the place took my order, just a regular guy doing regular work at the counter. The food is great, reasonably priced, well portioned. The dining room even during a busy lunch.
It's Taco Bell not much to mess up but on my first visit when the drive-thru was not busy they had me pull around the corner to artificially decrease their window times and then brought me out the wrong food and couldn't find who the food was for. If you just let us sit at the window you wouldn't have a mix-up.
Edit: I ended up waiting 10 minutes and after paying for supreme tacos they gave me regular. Jobs not hard, maybe stressful but no reason...

I've had this issue a lot with this location. The food always tastes good, but it's literally thrown together and looks like it. Items are always missing and when addressed, there is no apology given only attitude.
They need more training or a Hands-On Manager. Either way, this location...
