Very disappointed with the owner of this location. Next time, before going out of your way to make someones night as awful as possible, please take a second to think about what they could be going through and simply ask why they are parked in your lot. Kindness goes a long way, and a simple note "please stop parking here" would've been a lot more considerate then having to stay up all night dealing with the worst towing company ever and a 400 dollar bill. Or you could've asked during one of the many times he was eating lunch here throughout the week. As far as the new sign goes, that was not there when the car was parked in the morning, please at least update the address on it to provide the correct address to the towing company. Being from out of state, I've never seen a situation be handled so poorly. Arkansas are much nicer. He's just trying to make ends meet, but now that paycheck has been stripped from us due to the towing without warning. Please, next time, just give someone the chance to see the sign first so they don't get off work and are stranded hours away from home in the cold. Happy Holidays and God Bless.

Went there and got nachos and with 3 soft tacos. I've had gas station nachos better than these. I'm sure my dog will eat them but be like what is this trash. Tried calling the number listed on the directory and get nothing.

Typical taco casa. Kids running the place not really enthusiastic. I guess what do you expect?
Drive thru attendant needs to be retrained or let go. She has the poorest attitude of any employee I’ve encountered . She is the epitome of the sad reality for customer service nowadays.

Let me start off by saying the kid running the drive thru was super nice. Don’t plan on special requests. I wanted to buy 6 tacos but nothing in 3 of them so I could have shells at home that were not soggy from the drive. The manager wouldn’t do it. Even though I was willing to pay the full price of $4 each for an empty taco shell. Something about not having a container, I asked them to just wrap as normal then a reason about proportioned meat and the owner getting complaints or something like that. I definitely didn’t need the soggy tacos because I wouldn’t eat them anyway so I left. The other fast food taco business in Melissa had no problem with my request even just put everything on the side for me so I didn’t have to pay for the extra shells/tacos. I don’t feel like my request was unreasonable and wish I could have been accommodated to support the newer fast food option in Melissa.
