I couldn't believe the amount of meat we got for the small sandwich. Very generous and delicious! Reasonably priced too. Coming through town we hadn't realized it was a food truck when we picked it on the map. However, we're so glad we stopped! We got the small pulled pork sandwich and brisket sandwich. Yummy!

As we traveled thru Texas we just had to stop. It was some of the best Texas BBQ food we've had. We picked a few different items off the menu. Meats we're cooked wonderfully and sides were delish. Fast service and nice staff. A definite stop for us next time we're in Texas. AA+

Maaaaaan these reviews aren't lying! We're traveling for work, just passing through, and there's not a lot of options out here. We stopped here because of the reviews. When it comes to BBQ, I'm very picky. A couple weeks ago I told myself I wouldn't be trying another BBQ spot after finally trying one near home, after 5 years of living there, and it was trash! But Fat and Happy BBQ did not disappoint!! The catfish was the best catfish I've ever had, the ribs were perfection, same with the Mac n cheese. Now, the potato salad... I never order potato salad because I've only ever liked my ex-inlaws. Restaurants and store bought ones are gross. Well, after reading the reviews, I asked the owner what was in it and gave it a try. Best potato salad I've ever had as well! Do yourself a favor and stop here. Owner was super friendly as well.
