4 and 3/4 stars (out of onion rings😮💨😢), if not for that, would have been 5 stars. Beef brisket sandwich (large) with fries🤤🤤😋😋, be advised, this is a SIT DOWN, KNIFE AND FORK SANDWICH, DO NOT TRY TO EAT IT WHILE DRIVING, you've been warned😉🤣. Also got the catfish basket, excellent 🤤🤤😋😋 Ended up saving both for later (except for the fries) because my co driver (truck driver, teams) bought pizza and gave me 3 slices.
Really good BBQ. The owner is very friendly. I had a sliced brisket sandwich w/ side of beans. My wife had a brisket plate with mac&cheese and corn sides.. Everything was excellent. This is a to-go establishment, as there is only one picnic table. There is no rest room, but there is a small Loves truck stop next door (100 ft walk) with clean and convenient restrooms. I wouldn't let the restroom or picnic table dissuade you, you come for the food, and it is good!

Thanking the Lord for reviews, and these folks are deserving of every star they got...and more! We shared the catfish basket subbing pintos for fries. Delicious! Hush puppies have a subtle bite of jalapenos. Husband got a smoked bologna sandwich for later. After we ordered a lady told us they have the best barbeque anywhere. We trust her, just didn't have room for it! Why only 4 stars for atmosphere? It's a food truck on a busy highway! But that's part of the experience. We ate in our truck, doors open for a breeze, temps in mid-90's, and it was pleasant. That's how good the food is...you don't even notice the heat. Good thing we don't live here or we WOULD be Fat and Happy! Thanks so much guys.
The brisket was very good!!! I also like the bbq sauce as well as the green beans and beans. I recommend their brisket.

This is take out only, served from a trailer.But, it is far beyond WONDERFUL!A stop at Fat & Happy is required anytime that we get through the Memphis area!That's why we always get enough to have leftovers.
