Great BBQ food for reasonable prices. Definitely recommend as a food stop if you're driving through. There isn't really any seating (one small outdoor table) so be prepared to eat in your car
4 and 3/4 stars (out of onion rings😮💨😢), if not for that, would have been 5 stars. Beef brisket sandwich (large) with fries🤤🤤😋😋, be advised, this is a SIT DOWN, KNIFE AND FORK SANDWICH, DO NOT TRY TO EAT IT WHILE DRIVING, you've been warned😉🤣. Also got the catfish basket, excellent 🤤🤤😋😋 Ended up saving both for later (except for the fries) because my co driver (truck driver, teams) bought pizza and gave me 3 slices.
Really good BBQ. The owner is very friendly. I had a sliced brisket sandwich w/ side of beans. My wife had a brisket plate with mac&cheese and corn sides.. Everything was excellent. This is a to-go establishment, as there is only one picnic table. There is no rest room, but there is a small Loves truck stop next door (100 ft walk) with clean and convenient restrooms. I wouldn't let the restroom or picnic table dissuade you, you come for the food, and it is good!
