Sonic Drive-In

On January 1, 2026, at 9:48 AM, I arrived at Sonic Cafe, very hungry, wanting to buy lunch. There were some old button-operated phones in the cafe. I didn't know how to use them. I pressed a button, and an aggressive manager jumped out of a window and started yelling at me. I canceled my order. I am very dissatisfied with the service of this company. If the company management is reading this review, please explain to this employee how to treat customers. She doesn't know how to communicate with customers and is very aggressive👎👎👎👎👎👎

Soooo its a bit of a fever dream walking in...maybe a little county jail-ish lol but the food was super hot and fresh, the ppl pleasant, and the service fast. I'll order off of a prison phone for that any day. 🙃

Perfect spot for a laid-back dinner with exceptional food. I started with the corn chowder, thick and creamy with a bit of smoked paprika that added depth. The main was a burger with aged cheddar, caramelized onions, and aioli on a brioche bun—juicy, flavorful, and comforting. The side of hand-cut fries was golden and seasoned just right. Sometimes simple is best, especially when done to perfection!!!!!!!!

i ordered a medium dr pepper from the stall on the app, carhop brought it out and my drink was ice to the rim and barely any dr pepper, i asked who made my drink because it was full of ice and i didn’t appreciate that, brought it back out and i had NO ice. not professional at all.

No joke, they need to get rid of all those red phones and the express window and just have a normal counter. Service takes a while and when you do order it just cuts out. No one comes to even check if you're ordering or what. I've been to other Sonics connected to truck stops and had way better service than this.

I'm sure the drive thru experience is alright but the in store experience isn't worth it. Honestly I just walked away.

Worst place i ever been service really bad employee special the manager have a bad attitude and the phone to place the order are working properly. Can't even rate the food because I walk away .....

Vibing with the phones to order. I kinda felt silly lol but picked up the phone the person on the other end was super sweet and took my order and brought it out pretty quickly. Everything was cooked well that we ordered. 🩷✌️

Place was clean. Not too busy but took them forever to get our food to us. Just traveling through so I doubt I'll be back.

We were traveling through Memphis and stopped for a burger! The food and drinks were great and so was the service!
