My 17-year-old daughter went in to place an order, explained what was wanted clearly, and was still misunderstood because the staff didn’t speak or understand English well. When the receipt came out completely wrong, she simply asked for a refund. Instead of helping her, the employees yelled at her, refused the refund, and left a minor in tears.
To make it worse, they started talking about her in Spanish right in front of her. She may not be fluent, but she understands enough...
Super Polo just always hits the spot after a long day at the grind. It's our go-to spot once we clock out - perfect for grabbing a satisfying meal and indulging in some delicious treats. Plus, treating the staff with kindness always seems to come back around in the best way possible. Can't wait for our next visit!
Great food! Best brisket, ribs and the beans!!! The beans are to die for. The brisket quesadilla is my favorite. I ate here everyday when I was in the oil field. This location is the best of all the super pollos.
