Horrible experience with this store. The manager got involved while one of her employees was harassing me. Then I talked with a friend of mine she says the employees at this particular store are always horrible to the customers. Now I'm looking at these reviews and see this store has horrible reviews. I used to know the original family. If Mr. Allsup was still alive he definitely would not give these types of people jobs. Looks like these employees just get to harass the customers. Yes way you definitely need to be held accountable for your employees actions.

Fuel pumps are slow as hell, they lock the back door to the truck drivers i guess they are scared, the bathrooms are always nasty or broken at these places I stop here less and less

My review is mostly for the Deli. The staff has always been great to me, but the store itself...I don't care much for. The prices in the store, for everything, are higher than all the other stores in town. The deli though, not only is it more expensive, but has failed me every time I've tried it. For instance, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger today. It had the smell and texture of canned dog food(might have been), was served on white bread, not even the good kind, and the taste was....it was bad. I think the meat might have been spoiled. I've never had beef that tasted that way, it might have actually been dog food..cheap dog food.
This place is good for fuel and air in your tires, otherwise keep driving to Tommy's or run into the brookshire bros deli.

It’s about 7:15 am .. I came into the store to get a burrito. The lady at the counter that was working was super rude. She took forever to come to the register and when she did I was at the burrito spot and told her I wanted a burrito and she said okayyy and still stood there behind the register …like I was an idiot for asking. Then we got the burrito and I asked for salsa and she said “we don’t have any” I said yall don’t have salsa and she said we have taco sauce or picante!!! The smart attitude isn’t sitting right with me… I had to walk out on this lady… because tbh it was way unprofessional. It's sad you pull up to get fuel and a refill so you go inside to get refill and turn on pump just to be told you have to buy there cup to get refills never again

My husband and I stopped here to get beer and ice. I went in with him. He went in the beer cooler and got the beer while I looked around. When he got to the counter to pay I walked up and stood beside him. The employee asked for his ID and he showed her. Then she asked for mine too. I told her I didn’t have one with me. She would not sell him the beer because I didn’t have my I.D..We asked why did she need to see mine because I was not buying the beer he was and the employee said because I was with him and it was the store’s policy to card everyone in the group. FYI he is 49 and I am 50 years old. So what happens if parents come in with their underage children? Do they not sell to them because they have kids with them? Employee states this comes from their corporate.

I’ve stopped at this location multiple times and I’ve come to realize that the employees are always unhappy and relatively rude. I drive past this gas station regularly and enjoyed it selection. I will in the future make plans to shop in another location.

Not bad facility but they are seriously over charging on the hot food. The menu above is misleading and the food isn’t physically priced. Be careful ordering and ask questions. You can easily spend $20 for one person alone to have miniature portioned mediocre gas station food.
Dam shame Meridian got a nice facility like this, lazy employees, 3/4 standing around line out the door, there’s 2’registers for a reason. I’d rather go to the restroom outside, place is filthy. The whole “register system” shutting down around 12 for 20 minutes plus is ridiculous this is 2024 technology is at its peak! Like how the “Owner” reply’s to reviews, this is just another chain and number. Maybe you could slide out from behind that desk and train these employees.

Dirty bathrooms, poor customer service, cold food, always out of coffee or creamer. Say something about it and the two clerks standing around with no other customers in the store throw attitude. Whoever the manager is, they definitely need to make some changes. If your employees don’t want to work, find some new employees. UPDATE: Left my contact information at the web address provided in the store's response, and I called the store and left my number for the manager to call me. Nothing. Their response is just for show, because they aren't truly interested in resolving this problem. Guess this is why Allsup's is going out of business one store at a time. ?♀️

Always loved the Allsups burritos/chimis, so every time we travel and come across one, WE STOP. Unfortunately this time around, we got our gas, went inside, and no chimis ? my family was like "aw man yall don't have any", and the lady was like "yea we just haven't made any" we explained we're just from outta town and were looking forward to it and she just stared at us like idiots ?
