Absolutely the best breakfast Burrito ever made. Extremely friendly staff and mostly local patrons. Quality and quantity were off the charts and prices were from 20 years ago. I can't wait to come back.

Although your choices are limited in Meridian, this is a bright spot and is one of the better Mexican Food restaurants around. We went on a Tuesday night and it was packed, but the service was excellent. I had the street tacos and they were perfect and tasty. My dad got the nachos and they looked incredible and he said they were and had enough to take home for lunch the next day. My wife had the chicken fajita salad and loved it. Brother had enchiladas and they were very good. Mom had the enchilada soup and really enjoyed it as well. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend stopping here if you are in the area. I will be back again.

I've been here and food is very good. However, the restaurant is very unsanitary. To get to restroom one has to go thru storage room that has junk in it and restroom is not ADA compliant. The health dept. needs to shut this place down. Very unsanitary conditions. Won't do business there as i don't want to get food poisoning.

Just ordered 3 breakfast burritos. It cost $48! It was loaded with bell peppers. So much I took them out and it was half of a cereal bowl worth. I found 2 lil pieces of potatoes. No cheese. It was absolutely pathetic burrito. Shame this was a wonderful place to eat. Will never go back.

If you are in Meridian... just eat here!Small town, very friendly atmosphere. The portions were HUGE. I couldn't finish the breakfast burrito & the price was right ($5) The food came out quickly & our waitress didn't need to write our order down. The meal also tasted great. Zapata's will be the place we grab a bite everytime we are in town.
