We ordered two burgers with mustard only because we don't care for the industrial mayonnaise, they still put the industrial mayonnaise and a tiny bit of mustard on each, they were served with rotten tomatoes, wilted lettuce, cold patties, I love sonic but this was the absolute worst sonic I've ever visited, health inspector should shut this place down before someone gets severely sick.

Great go-to place on our road trips around the state of Texas. Lunch is a quick break and allows us most time photographing the back roads of Texas.

The order was missing items. But because the staff did not hear me the two times I repeated an order, I had to pay for it. On top of that because it's during happy hour they can't ring up combos. I have never heard any crap like that. Correct etiquette is to compensate for the incompetent staff.

I have been to this sonic multiple times and every time I go here, the food is either hard and dry or they skimp out on the chili on a chili cheese dog. I got a pickle Rita from there. Once that barely had any pickled flavor.. I have never went here and had a good experience with the food

My husband and I stopped here on a short work trip and it was the worst experience we've had with a Sonic. I ordered through the app, was told I could only have one condiment for a 3 piece chicken tender combo but would have to pay for the rest. Most sonics we've been to don't do that, I refused to pay for extra. It should be standard that you at least get a couple of condiments with a meal. Especially with the price of their food. Then on top of that they forgot the cheesy tots that I was up charged for so we had to let them know and wait a little longer for those. My husband had a coney and he said the bun was tough, not great at all. Our drinks were mostly ice, I had a flavorista favourite which is always up charged too so to get mostly ice for that is uncalled for. We will definitely avoid this location in the future and probably most Sonics at this point. Quality and price seem to be going in opposite directions, not good.

Literally just left this place and seriously this Sonic sucks. Will drive down the road to Abilene next time. Ordered $22 worth of food in the app and once we got to the stall had to wait another 15 minutes before anyone came out. A teen boy with a nasally voice came out immediately saying no offense but if you want condiments you have to pay for them even if they say they're free in the app. So he's sitting there trying to charge us saying they buy the condiments wholesale so they are not complimentary. I am pretty confident every good place orders their condiments wholesale😂 what kind of sense does it make for them to order them one by one ?? 😂. Whatever. I order at Sonic a lot all over Texas. First and last time for this location though, and have never been told I have to pay for condiments. Then of course this obnoxious kid while he's sitting there lecturing us makes me have to interrupt him and say fine whatever but I would like the rest of my order that I PAID for 🙄. Which of course he didn't have. So then we had to wait even longer while our food kept getting more and more soggy. So people if you order in the app and want any condiments don't tip and use that money for the sauces.

We ordered five drinks and it took twenty minutes for the car hop to deliver them. At which point, he was carrying what looked like three orders of drink. He immediately dropped two drinks and then two more. He took another five minutes to get new ones and deliver them. All of this could have been avoided if there were more than TWO people running the entire place at 1:00 in the afternoon. Nonetheless, it appears that the franchise owner does not care as there are many other reviews like this one and no apparent change.
