Incredible find and I'd highly recommend trying this spot out if you're passing through or even if you're not. We made a detour after getting gas on a road trip. There was no fast food or restaurants in the area and we stumbled upon this place luckily. I had an excellent pulled pork sandwich and my boyfriend got a burrito. They were both generous portions, delicious, and eaten completely within minutes of us receiving them. I was surprised to find food so tasty in what feels like the middle of no where. Everything tasted fresh and homemade - down to the salsa, bbq sauce, and coleslaw (probably some of the best I've ever had!!).Go support this family owned and operated business! My husband and I were attending a rally and they were there as a food vendor. OMG. They are one of our top favorite food vendors now. Their chicken wraps were amazing. They also served breakfast which was awesome and the pancake combo was absolutely delicious. Also the pancakes are huge. We also had their club and pulled pork sandwiches. I have to say pretty much everything they made was downright scrumptious. I hope they will come to more rallies in the future to serve.

The food is devious and so full of flavor. Is seasoned as it cooks that gives it that great taste. From breakfast to lunch and the supper bowls and burgers are fresh and very filling. Just a wonderful place to eat. Prices are very reasonable compared to prices at the stores. Go try for yourselves. YumWheelchair accessibility: It's a foodtruck so it is setting in a parking lot itself.

BEST food trailer in West Texas :) Their coffee is better than Starbucks and the food is absolutely amazing! The chicken bacon ranch wrap is my all time favorite. Mertzon is beyond lucky to have such great food and great service! The bacon cheddar grits are also a favorite.

This small crew of 2 and sometimes there daughter and son make our little town of Mertzon so thankful. If it were not for them I wouldn’t make it thru the week. Best Burger I have ever had!!!! There selection of food is different and better every day.
