I deliver supplies to their factory and the place is surgically clean. Besides that the treats are amazing. The Carmel pecan blondie is legitimately one of the best things I've ever eaten.

Honestly, I was never a fan of cheesecake until I tried Bryan's Cheesecake. I'm not even willing to tell you what my favorite flavor is because I want it always available when we stop in. We got a Harry & David's Cheesecake as a gift last week, so it was fun to compare the 2. H & D's is what you expect from a Cheesecake. Very good but nothing like Bryan's, which is much creamier and has a better balance of flavors. Bryan's is great frozen too. The cream cheese doesn't get grainy like it did with the H & D cheesecake. Oh, staff is always friendly and helpful too! We make this our regular dessert stop after supper on date night.

Great service best cheesecake I’ve ever had! All kinds of flavors I tried the pecan caramel disco around, but I’ve also had the key lime. Next trip I’m going for the piña colada because apparently that’s a crowd these days. Highly recommend it. It’s worth the drive in the calories.! Literally will be comparing every cheesecake to this one piece until it’s beat!

We tried this place after dinner in the area with some family. We were greeted as soon as we entered and helped right away. I ordered and Italian Creme Cheese Cake and my partner tried a Pecan Cheese Cake, they were both very tasty. Very small place with no bathroom or area to wash your hands. Found the people working there very helpful.

If you go to Mineola TX, be sure to stop by Bryan’s and purchase any of a wide assortment of deserts. My recommendation is to have one there and another for the road

WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!! On 10/19/24, I went to the location in Mineola, TX to purchase a full multiflavor cheesecake to take to an event. I requested that each of the 12 slices comprising the full cheesecake be cut in half creating 24 slices. I have had this done on several occasions in the past at this same store. I was THE ONLY customer in the store with 3 employees. "Malorie" flatly refused, stating that she would not do it because "it wouldn't look good in the box". She went on to say that the look of the cheesecake is of highest importance to Bryan's. She then said she was the manager and when I asked to reach the owner she said "you can email him, but I'm his daughter". I did email the company email immediately and received no response. I'm sure she also reads/answers emails. I have been a repeat customer, but will NEVER buy anything else from Bryan's. HORRIBLE customer service!!
