Fantastic lunch 😁 today.its a great 😃 small town vibe. Two restaurants tied together with a merchandise store part of the same area. Super friendly folks with really great service, even when their busy. Then there's the great 👍 food! The regular size chicken fried steak was plenty of food for lunch 😁😋 (they do have a bigger size) it was very tender. The green beans had a touch of spicy to them mixed with cooked onions Andy sausage, made for a great flavor....
We stopped here for lunch as we were driving through town. Cute place, but the food was only so-so. I ordered the French Dip. The bread was toasted and dry, there wasn't enough cheese on the sandwich and my curly fries were cold. Our Server was attentive but she was very busy so no small chit-chat that you'd expect at a small town Mom & Pop kind of place.
THIS IS NOT A BREAKFAST PLACE. No waffles sold here at la waffalata. I bet they confuse people all the time..
