★☆☆☆☆ Basic Service Standards Completely Missing - Missing Food for $50 Order!
Visited McDonald's in Mineola and was shocked by the poor service and careless food handling. The staff's rude attitude was bad enough, but the complete disregard for proper food packaging made the experience even worse.
Our order was carelessly thrown together with items placed in wrong containers, causing food to spill out. They couldn't even take the basic time to secure drinks in the drink tray properly - something that's just standard practice at any fast food restaurant.
To add to the frustration, the self-service kiosk only printed blank paper because it was out of ink - meaning no receipt was available for our order. This seems like a basic maintenance issue that should have been addressed.
The worst part? When we got home, we discovered they had forgotten items and a large drink from our $50 order. With no receipt to prove our purchase because of their broken kiosk, we were left with an incomplete meal and no way to verify what we paid for.
What should have been a simple fast food run turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. The lack of care in handling orders, maintenance, and customer service shows poor management and training. Even basic fast food service standards seem to be too much to ask for at this location.
Pros: - None from this visit
Cons: - Missing items from $50 order - Rude staff - Wrong containers used - Spilling food - Unsecured drinks - Careless order handling - No receipt available (kiosk out of ink)
There are plenty of other McDonald's locations nearby that maintain basic standards - I'll be visiting those instead.

McDonald's in Mineola is truly my second home. The food is consistently delicious and on point every time I visit. The service is always friendly and efficient, making it a pleasure to dine there. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a McDonald's - clean, welcoming, and comfortable. I can't go wrong with this location, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a familiar setting.

I would like to acknowledge and thank Anthony/Andrew (my apologies), for his excellent customer service and professional attitude he displays every time we pick up our online order. He has always made sure the order is correct and his attitude towards customers is rare anymore. We sincerely appreciate him and hope to see him excel at McDonalds as a valued employee. He is an excellent example of the standards we used to expect from the McDonald’s franchise. Thank you!

I got a sausage biscuit for breakfast, which was good. I got coffee also, but it tasted burnt.
These ppl don't know what a frappe or don't know how to make it! Not the first time this has happened either. Will take my biz elsewhere. Tired of the rudeness and not wanting to fix their mistakes.

They can't get orders straight. ordered quarter pounder dry no cheese. Got it home. Had cheese and all veggies. Took it back and went in. It was remade and it had cheese on it again. Took back in. Told them I didn't want it . Twice it to was made wrong. Wasn't offered my money back

Waited 45 minutes for just a 4b and 2 kids meals and a regular chicken sandwich then ordered a 4b meal that was another 30 minutes and then fries where cold the ends still cold like out of refrigerator and trash all over the floor playing music with cussing and sexual words
