I never write reviews but this place is a nightmare. We pulled up to curbside pickup and put our number in and waited. It took about 15 minutes and then we got a bag that said our curbside number written in sharpie. We knew it wasn’t ours (it was for the lady next to us) so my girlfriend went inside and gave them the food back hoping to get the food we payed for. It took over another 15 minutes for them to cook what we already waited for. We finally got the food and as we got down the road my girlfriend realized they forgot 4 other things. We had to go all the way back and wait another 15 minutes. My girlfriend asked for a refund and they straight up said no. While she was asking for a refund she noticed two young guys in the back messing around, making gestures and making noises. She asked for the manager but the manager is never there at this McDonalds for some reason. This has happened many times and we will never be returning to this location. Out of all the staff, there was only one person actually trying to do her job and it wasn’t even the manager. They pretty much told my girlfriend she’s out of luck. NEVER go to this place it’s nothing but a nightmare

Update: It took a little while to reach someone. I got a call from the Mineola manager. She got me the refund for the grinch meal, and she was able to view the footage from that night regarding staff. She assured ke they were getting some more support for the poor manager that was working that night, and addressing the issues with the staff that were creating such havoc for her.

There was soda all over the counters and drink station, along with trash on the counters and floors. We ordered ahead on the app, waited 30 mins in line, then another 15-20 mins in the lobby. There were two male staff members acting foolish in the back, ignoring their managers multiple attempts to correct their behavior. They were out of grinch boxes, and were supposed to refund me. She printed a receipt that supposedly showed the refund, but the meal was still there. I left with only 3 happy meals. Despite telling me the grinch big Mac meal was refunded, it showed I received it on the app. Still have not received a refund. Ive tried calling, no answer, and messaging on the app; also no response. Guess Im just out $12, but I will never go back, and I suggest you choose somewhere else also.

It takes too long for fast food. My goodness. Plus they couldn't find my food. They had to make it. How more people please. We waited 15 minutes for our food. That's when I went to ask where it was.

Why in the world would you not give ketchup with your orders everybody gets french fries and expects to get a few packets of ketchup. McDonald's literally makes the most money out of any fast food joint anywhere and they can't spare a few packets of ketchup.

Drive thru order was completely wrong, bag and drinks was jerked out of my hands spilling drinks on me and car. Staff and Mgr are very rude and extremely unprofessional. It was so bad mgr couldn't even do basic math to give my money back. Everyone there should be fired and the place should close down.

Tried calling five times right now. No answer went through the drive through and it was missing my kids happy meal. Order number 1237
I live probably 30 minutes away and didn't notice till I got home. Normally I don't say anything if its a minor messup as those things happen but after a long day I just wanted to have an easy night. Please do better.

Edit. I got through and they answered their phone finally a few days later and they offered to replace it. No sorry and they hung up quickly on me. I will update how getting the replacement goes.

Edit: they made good and gave a replacement when I eventually made my way back in.

Site to order would not take exp for card, tried another same problem, also wouldn't let you buy special, buy either hamburger/mcnuggets get other free, problems w site last few months. MD said site has problem, FIX IT!

Manager Dolores was rude. I ordered a simple thing Mc double no ketchup no mustard add mayonnaise and Mac sauce. She didn’t wanted to get rude and uppity because they had messed up the order twice and the third time they had given it away I asked her to please remake the burger or give me my money back. She didn’t wanted to threaten me threaten my DoorDash saying that she come in there. She’s going to give me hard time And call the cops on me I said call the cops but I want my money or I want my sandwich She is very rude. She was rude to other employees in the store whenever I go in there and she was massively rude to other customers today when I was in there, not to mention threatening and aggressive. Do not eat at this McDonald’s.
