Sadly I always pay extra for dips and once again 3 times in a row I did not receive the dips. I dont mind paying 80 cents a dip but at least put them with the order! Thats stealing almost 5 bucks from a customer. And no i am not going to drive all the way back to mineola from alba just to get our dips that we paid for

This 5 star review is for Tracy! She is a sweetheart and always provides fantastic customer service! I came to pick up a pizza tonight and discovered that the app had sent it to the location all the way on the other side of Texas. She happily took my order and advised me of the wait time. I had a trailer on my truck so I couldn’t park in the normal parking spots, I had to park across the parking lot. After the exact wait time that she quoted me, she trudged across the parking lot in the pouring rain and handed me my pizza with a smile and I couldn’t be more thankful!

Huge shout out to Tracey the manager on duty! She was amazing and helped me fix an issue with the mobile order. It was 100% MY fault and she was incredibly kind and wanted to make it right! She went above and beyond and did not have to. Great service, pizza came out fast and perfect! Favorite location in East Texas. Thank you so much!
Pizza Hut doesn't deliver pizza anymore. They send you to dordash who won't drive 5 minutes away to deliver a pizza. First time in my 37 years that pizza hut doesn't deliver. That's half their job. This location just lost my business which used to be considerable.
