The most overpriced Subway in 30 miles. All other locations are almost half of the price of the Mineola location and in addition to being way more expensive they don't allow extra toppings or instruction on online order. What was $85 here I got for $45 at the canton location.

I was struggling to understand the app (first attempt) and I called up and Mr. Leo who is not the manager but I guess the lead on duty at the time he didn't know much about the app but he did the best he could to try to help me anyway. 😁
When we got the order boyfriend's sandwich had entirely to much Sriracha hot stuff on it (next time we will press the *very little* option) my boyfriend didn't think they would replace it, but I called up and the man on the phone talked to Leo and they fixed my man right up with the PERFECT sandwich! Thank you *both of you* for your help I only wish I would have gotten the other man's name too!

They were shorthanded and it made the wait long. But the people were very nice, didn't complain and I will return.

Ava and river did very well and were very good at what they did the day I came in they looked very upset and I think the Manger should probably start being nicer to the employees the other ones I've delt with a few months ago were complaining as well they did good

There was tension between the employees because it was busy, they were letting flys in peoples sandwiches when getting built, i left that was simply unsanitary, people can get sick. Wount be coming back.

Placed a order onile using the app. App stated order would be ready at 8:15 showed up at 8:16 for the order not to be ready set and waited as employees talked to each other stating they need to work on online orders. Didn't get order till 8:30. Food wasn't toasted was warm but bred was soft not crisp. I'll make it at home next time

The two girls that were there are absolute rockstars, they had multiple giant orders to get through and were powering through and very apologetic about the wait, we still got great food and service, literally the only downside was an incredibly rude woman that was throwing a fit about the wait as we were walking in and tried to make rude comments to us about the staff on her way out.
