Like it was a bother for her to even have to be there working.. when I explain how exactly I wanted the order of ultimate nachos, she made a big deal about “you understand that will make them almost $20.00” I have never had a waitress with such a bad attitude from the canton location.. Maybe we will just keep our business at the other locations ..

Spent over $100 for mediocre food. Chicken was so over seasoned it ruined the entire dish. Gave incredibly small portions for price and inadequate salsa and queso. I believe they're only in business because the options for restaurants in Mineola are slim. Highly disappointed in the food and pricing. I expect more when paying a ridiculous price for food.

Food was fantastic!! Portion sizes were great and atmosphere was pleasant. I really enjoyed seeing the wall art, especially the little lizards decorations on the walls. Servers were friendly and sweet as well. Would highly recommend, especially for a big party

TD “Cruella”
We just want to brag on this establishment. We came in around 430ish. We were greeted by the most upbeat and polite host. We were seated quickly. The chips and salsa were delivered without delay. Our sever was cheerful and displayed such a positive vibe. She made sure our glasses were never empty, and she prebussed the table. The food came out plated beautifully and was hot. We spoke to the manager and made sure to tell her what an awesome atmosphere and experience we had. Whatever they are doing.... keep up the good work!!

This is not a reflection on the location in mt pleasant. However with that said tje service in Mineola was slow and the order for my girlfriend wasn't right so it had to be sent back. We normally take our cups in and fill them up with tea and drink plenty of it while we are eating. However if or whatever reason they wouldn't let us keep our cups at the table even though they were empty they said something about tabc saying we couldn't do it. I get it if we were drinking from the Bar which we were not. We definitely will not be going back to that location and if i knew how to get ahold of the owners i would.

Food service today was horrible. The waiter Ian, never came by the table, unless I flagged him down or yelled his name. Then the 4 of us had our meal come out at different types. 3 of our plates were incorrect and had to be remade. The manager Taylor only took my food off the bill and did nothing for my wife and our friends. Unless I win the lottery,(I don't play it), I'll be hard pressed to ever go back to The Jalapeño Tree in Mineola, Texas!
