I visited close to closing; the kitchen was already, alas. The music was a refreshing mix of nostalgic and contemporary.
I'm planning to return to Mineola; The Line is on my 'go back to' list, for the atmosphere, service and next time, the food.

The Texan Hall. 1 star. The waitress was rude but trying to be fake nice to our face. We would then see her roll her eyes and make comments and sounds after we and other customers asked her anything. She flat out refused to help these sweet elderly ladies at a table next to us. Our food was not cooked right. The blackened fish was not good at all. Only the fried items were good and you could tell they were pre-made frozen foods they just fried. The waitress said the menu had been drastically reduced due to lack of business. I could see why. I would not recommend. The fans facing the stage were disgustingly dirty as were some other things here and there they never clean. Don't go.

Went today to have lunch but no one greeted us and the sign says wait to be seated. After standing there for 5 minutes I approached a server and asked if we could sit down. The server told me that they'd be with us in a minute. After another 5 minutes we left and went somewhere else. We really wanted to try the Jorge's food. Another server sat down and watched us leave.

The atmosphere and our waitress was great but the food was horrible. The steak was stringy and tough, the mac and cheese was commercial. The quad fajitas were super salty and the meat was tough. It was all just very disapointing.

Nice smalltown atmosphere! Friendly waitstaff! Amazing food! BUT, I do have to brag on our waitress! We had a party of 7 today (4/20) and Paisley was AMAZING! She was very patient with the kiddos, kept us up in the know with our food, and never let our drinks get below half! She was AMAZING! Keep shining bright sister!! You rock!

Our visit to The Line was truly delightful. Great-tasting food, top-notch customer service, and a beautiful country atmosphere made for a wonderful dining experience. All the staff were warm and super friendly, and the place looked stunning. They offer live music, and the dance floor is open on some nights. We will definitely be back!

Been here three times, each time the staff seemed totally confused that someone coming in might want to be seated at a table to eat. The lady who seated me on my first visit took my drink order also. She then disappeared and I never saw her again. Then another lady took my drink order and brought it and a third one took my food order and brought that. All in all they seem very confused. Yet I went back two more times and still plan on going more so it isn’t a complete dumpster fire. It’s obvious they really are trying.
