Was excited to try this place but unfortunately our food was so over cooked it was almost inedible. It was as if it had been cooked a while back then put back in the fryer. We had wings, a burger, and fried mushrooms, all burnt to a literal crisp. Not sure what was going on. We went on the recommendation from a friend that said it was very good so we will probably give it one more chance because things happen but we were not pleased with our lunch at all. We didn't ask for it to be comped and politely told them our food was not good and almost couldn't eat it and left over half of it uneaten. They didn't offer to comp or take money off our meal and we didn't ask or expect it. It was just shy of $40 for lunch so we were pretty disappointed. Hopefully they correct the issue and we can try again.

I got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was so delicious! As well as the fried mushrooms! The best fried mushrooms I've personally had^^ the wings are kind of a hit or miss with flavors but still enjoyable!

The staff was GREAT, polite and attentive but the place is FILTHY. The floor by the soda machine was so dirty and sticky which then made me start looking around. The air vents/return on the wall, by the ceiling above the salad bar are covered in dirt. I started to cringe wondering what the kitchen looks like where our food was being prepared. The restaurant was empty, staff standing around while tables and floor were dirty as well.

First time and last time at this location, usually we go to the one in downtown Quitman when we are down to East Texas. Tell me how when we have a group of 6 and my family orders first, our other group gets their food first, and most of the customers that came after us received their food also? Finally, I went to go ask where our food was at? The girl that did not take our order said that sometimes it did not go through to the back for them to get the order. REALLY! Then refund my whole order, our other party have already finished their food and are waiting for our food to come out! The girl said, "Let me go check in the back. Wait, it's coming out! ? Wow! No, sorry for the wait, let me give you a discount for the long wait! NOTHING! Oh ya, when I looked at my receipt, she charged me for ranch on the fully loaded fries that come with ranch! They only thing I wanted on the loaded fries was cheese, bacon, and ranch! FAIL! FAIL!! We are not going back and bad impressions on our first visit! Should have not tipped at all! My mistake!!

Ice cream portion of this place is a ripoff, first of all 2 scoops on a cone should not barely come over the top of the cone. Plus the Audacity they have to charge $6 for this joke of an ice cream cone. Their own employees have mentioned that they recently raised the prices. Meanwhile I could use the same money I paid for 2 cones (over $14) and paid for multiple GALLONS of Ice Cream at Walmart. My advise is to avoid the Ice Cream section of this Establishment, save your money and go to Braums where cones are a third of the cost and you get twice as much ice cream.

Ok, we have been going to wingdingers in mineola every Tuesday because of 2 for 1 Hamburgers . However, the owner really needs to take a look at her employee's there. They are children that care more about standing around than working. The last 3 Tuesday night's We've been there and mind you, it's buy one get 1 Hamburger night. So why is there never fixings for the burgers at the salad bar. There is never vegetables much less fresh vegetables at the bar. If you ask for the fixings they act like we're putting them out or they tell us they are out or look like us like we're stupid. We're giving it one more try tonight but if it doesn't go well, there are 2 of us that won't be back. I can't speak for the other 5 that are experiencing the same.

Comparing this Mineola location to Canton was night and day waited over 30 minutes for food. Fries and cheese sticks came to the table cold. Let's add the water in the pond out back is disgusting with a hat floating in it. The ceiling is peeling and a wire sticking out of the booth seat scratch my son's arm. I really don't recommend wasting you time and money I rather eat McDonald's smh.

STAY AWAY!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! We ordered and paid and waited 45 minutes during which we kept asking for our order only to finally find out that they had given our order to another table. So we thought ok so just make our order to which the belligerent short female manager produced to tell us, "that until the other table pays for the food they ate or you pay again we are not making your order! My husband thought he was being pranked and when he realized he wasn't then he said, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! its not our fault that you gave our food to someone else and you are just now telling us what the problem is! Refund our money and we will leave. I tried to reason with her but to no avail. I'm sorry to say it's too funny that there are really people with no common sense in this world! She refunded the whole order instead of making a $6 order of breadsticks. I can't believe they allow her to be the manager. STAY AWAY!!
