Friendly check in and ample seating. So not sure why I was seated at a table with a fresh spill occurred lol. Beyond that - this is classic Chilis fare and tried some of the newer menu options. Fajitas were just okay. If in the mood for fajitas can do better elsewhere. The QP burger is magnificent. I think I shed a tear while eating it. The triple dipper an ol sodium rich standby that rarely disappoints.

Our granddaughter requested dinner here for her fifth birthday! The service was excellent, they even brought her out a dessert and sing Happy birthday. Then as my birthday was the next day our daughter mentioned that to the server and they were very cheerful and willing to do a second surprise to include me with a dessert and song. We each ordered a variety from the menu and everyone was satisfied with the quality of food. The venue was clean and very family-oriented.

This used to be my go to place on my lunch breaks. This was until my husband I went in and sat at the bar to have a couple drinks. As we are enjoying our drinks we witnessed the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in a restaurant, the manager walked behind the bar got a glass of beer on tap and proceeded to taste is by taking a drink of it. He then handed the glass to the waiter who also just watched this and instructed the waiter to take it to the table behind us. We were absolutely disgusted and to spare my husband embarrassment he asked me not to make a scene and for us to just go. If I had been there by myself I wouldve made a scene and honestly I wish that I had. If that can be done in clear view for customers to see, then what is being done in the kitchen where we cant see? This behavior is considered tampering with customer's food or beverage, which is a felony. I reported them to corporate as well as the health dept. Absolutely disgusting and will never set foot in that establishment ever again. And for the record if you look at any of my past reviews, yes I have a couple of bad ones because they are legit bad reviews but the majority of my reviews are 5 stars, so its not like I go around all the time leaving bad reviews. I only leave honest reviews.

Me & My Husband Got Married Friday In Arlington,TX It's Was A Rainy Cloudy Day But We Made The Best Of It He Wanted To Try Chili's He Ordered The Bacon Double Cheese Burger And Fries I Ordered The Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas And A House Salad Everything Was Delicious 😋 It Was Affordable Dinner Without Breaking Our Pockets Definitely Plan On Returning To This Location Server Was Very Friendly Staff Was Friendly Atmosphere Was Nice They Have Nice Booths

Food is palatable while dining in, but do not order to go. The crew could not care any less about the quality of food on to go orders. I have yet to have a satisfactory curb side dining experience. Everything is ALWAYS OVERCOOKED!!! Burgers so dry and hard they can double as wheel chocks to keep your vehicle from moving if you happen to be in the car maintenance mood. Chicken wings that were completely inedible they were burnt so bad. I will give em an A for effort though when they attempted to rehydrate said wings by drowning them in sauce. These wings had so much sauce on em, I had to put floaties on my grandkids to keep from drowning. I am done with this place.

Had an early dinner with family at the Mineral Wells Chili’s. Matthew was our server, who was attentive and was able to carry a conversation without disrupting others.
Once the dinner order came out it was pretty clear that the burger meat was overcooked to the degree of hockey puck status. I raised a concern with Matthew who immediately took care of the order. New Burger was delivered (very tasty) and followed up by the manager, Angie.
Angie immediately discounted several parts of the meal without us asking for it. Angie handled the small issue very well! We will definitely keep coming back!
My Husband brought my daughter here to pick up an order I placed, they don't even know they different between bbq sauce and hot and honey chipotle sauce because when he got the order and brought it home he opened up the food and bbq sauce was dumped all over it, even the fries..!!😡 And all I ordered was honey chipotle tenders and mozzarella sticks. I sent my husband back there to fix the order with my daughter and some girl with white hair cussed out my husband right Infront of my daughter. do not got here.

Went on Labor Day. My mistake. After taking order at bar, never saw waitress again. Drink was good, but never got chance to get another. Our FOOD WAS COLD. EVERYTHING WE GOT. CHICKEN, SLIDERS AND EGG ROLLS ALL ICE COLD. WIFE never got a tea refill after 30 minutes. She was mad and she wont be back. Had good meals at this place in past....however this was deal breaker bad for us and I doubt Ill be back either. Young employees were just walking around hugging people they knew. Spent $60 for a bad meal. Very disappointed. Bruce Allen
